Review: Work performed on April 16, 2015.
I called Pro Image Landscaping to help with a drainage area. He was quick to respond. The work was completed but the issue was not corrected. It was also not done according what was required by New Castle County. I called him back to review the situation. He agreed to make changes that week but never showed up. This has been over a month now and he will not respond to emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would have like to have the work completed - problem resolved. However, due to lack of response I prefer a refund minus materials.
