Review: July 2011 we contacted this company about a "wrap" on our boat. Told them the exact boat and what we wanted. They quoted us a price, then they told us to bring the boat to them (75 miles south of where we live). when we arrived, we discussed what we wanted and agreed on a time frame - 2 weeks. We gave them a 50% deposit of $1425.00 on a $2842.85 job. We then were notified that the boat was much larger than anticipated and could not fit in their shop (not really their shop, but where they did the work). After they measured it for the wrap and told us to take it back home. We made other arrangements and took it back to another facility where we could store it till they were ready for it. After weeks of emails and approvals, we attempted to have the work done. The boat would not fit in their shop, so we offered another shop in Boardman (less than 15 miles away), but that was not satisfactory. It was a local body shop, but they said it may be too dirty or dusty. So we transported it to Madison (85 miles north) to a facility that was clean and it would be the ONLY thing in there. First, they said they would come up there to do the work, then they said it was too far and would not pay for the technician to go that far. Always an excuse. They wanted us to take our boat apart and transport it back down to Youngstown for wrap installation. This was not an option. They knew exactly what kind and size boat we had when they quoted it, still no effort on their part to get it done. We needed it done by Aug 15th since were were leaving to charter in NY. Still no compromise on them finihing the work. In September they agreed to refund us our deposit and cancel the job. I called repetedly for the check, never mailed out, so I went there in person to get it. They only refunded me $632.23, remaining money was credited to the amount of time they had in the project. After further conversation, said they would refund me more money. Waited a year now, still waiting.Desired Settlement: I have waited a year for the balance of my money to be refunded...I want $781.11 refunded NOW...
