Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

This is a response to Mr [redacted] complaint concerning his vehicle purchase on April 3, of a Chevrolet Pickup [redacted] ***, General Manager at Allen Samuels Chevrolet called Mr [redacted] on Monday May 25th concerning the complaint Mr [redacted] indicated that he did not file the complaint but his mother did whom was not part of the purchase process Mr [redacted] mother had previously called the dealership or information regarding his vehicle purchase Since Mr [redacted] was the sole purchaser on the vehicle we could not discuss or disclose any information to her because of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy act Mr [redacted] was presented a menu which gave him options as to payments and product choices The menu was signed with the options he wanted and the products were then added to his contract Mr [redacted] signed the contract, buyers order, and all product items Mr [redacted] returned on Monday April 6thto revisit what was on his contract and did not cancel or wish to change anything at that time We have requested that Mr [redacted] have his mother rescind her complaint since she was not the purchaser nor was she aware of the sales process that Mr [redacted] signed off on We value our clients and would not attempt to sneak any item or items under any pretenses We ask Mr [redacted] to call Mr [redacted] with any other concerns he may have

This is in response to Mrs [redacted] rejection. AutoNation Chevrolet delivered the vehicle to Austin as a courtesy to Mrs. ***. The only issue that was brought up was the windshield chip. We addressed that issue at the dealership expense.Mrs. [redacted] purchased the vehicle AS IS with no warranty from AutoNation Chevrolet Waco. It is our understanding that Mrs. [redacted] did purchase a warranty from her lender and not AutoNation Chevrolet. We are standing behind the AS IS purchase since Mrs. [redacted] was offered a warranty thru AutoNation which was declined. [redacted] Used Vehicle Manager

Revdex.com In regards to client *** *** on the purchase of a Ford Fusion on 12/29/*** *** offers a day promise on all pre-owned purchases in the event something mechanically is wrong with the
vehicle that the customer purchases. We offer a full refund and give the client in trade what they paid for the vehicle originallyTo execute this we find another pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and wants and offer a solutionIn this case we offered *** *** several options that would have matched the original amount she financed and kept everything the sameThe client declined the vehicles offered and selected a vehicle that was several thousand more but insisted on keeping the same payment. We offer to do this to keep the client happy and satisfied but cannot upgrade to more expensive vehicles at the same price levelWe as a dealership did nothing wrong and could have simply corrected the check engine light problem by sending the Fusion to the Ford dealership to get fixed at our expense or under warrantyAs you know there is no cooling off period in Texas, but we tried to work with the client to gain resolveUnfortunately, for her we were unable to resolve this due to her expectations of a more expensive unitFeel free to contact me if you have any further questionsThank you *** * *** General Manager-*** *** *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because Mr***s statement is not factualThey were immediately notified of the issues concerning the carThey were sent the report
regarding the issueWhen I said I was dropping the car off Saturday at the AutoNation I was told "no don't do that, give us time to review it and talk to my manager to see how we can arrange to get this fixed." I was told "because it's the holiday weekend I won't be able to do anything until Monday or Tuesday." When I called to follow up, my calls and emails went unansweredI shouldn't have to use a warranty for an issue they lied about being there from the beginning

This is our response to Mr*** complaint regarding service repair. We apologize to Mr*** concerning any misunderstanding as to what the charges represent. When Mr*** brought the Silverado to us, we did diagnose his concerns and relayed the repairs would cost
$185.00. In declining the repairs there is a diagnostic charge for the electrical problem in the locking system other than a multi point inspection which we did not charge for. Perhaps the confusion or our failure to properly communicate to Mr*** when he returns the vehicle, $will be credited to the actual repairs for the diagnostic charges. The cost would be $and not $185. It is and customary to charge for diagnosing mechanical issues. Mr*** states that he talked to the company on 5/21/which was Sunday, not during our business hours. Hopefully this can be handled with Mr*** returning the vehicle to have repairs completed. *** *** is the Service Director, please feel free to reach out to him directly

***This is a response to a complain by Mr*** ID *** A check was issued to Mr*** *** on 11/25/in the amount of $for items that were missing from his vehicle While we do have notices to our customer that the dealership is not responsible for items left in a
vehicle we did reimburse him To the best of our knowledge Mr*** was satisfied with the settlement he received. Please let me know if you need anything further in regards to Mr***'s complaint.Regards*** ***ControllerAutoNation Chevrolet - 343Mercedes-Benz of Waco - 295AutoNation Collision - 767*** (fax)

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was not offered a vehicle with the same payments, etc. . Salesman said the day offer is for something of greater value. What I was shown were vehicles- a Kia Optima and a Chevrolet TRAX. I understand the salesman was trying to "upsell" me, but the tactic was totally off base. The vehicles that I was shown were priced more than $2,over what was listed on the webpage. The reason that I am even wasting my time with this complaint, is because when I asked the salesman (after the fact) about the difference I was quoted and the web page price, I was told - The web page is run by a 3rd party, and we are aware there are mistakes. BULL! any reputable company that continues to use a company that is mis-posting prices and doesn't correct this, is advertising and not good business practice. Had the salesman been willing to bring either of these car prices down to what was advertised on the web, I would have considered using the day guarantee. The guarantee is no good when prices are inflated to make sure they could screw me out of more money. No response required, because after reading your original response, it's clear someone isn't telling the truth

I am rejecting this response because they are lying and were informed of the other concern. I even sent a copy of the info regarding what the issue was. I was told that they had tried to call the auto nation near me to see about taking it there for repair but they could not reach anyone. Mr [redacted] himself told me he would call [redacted] himself to see exactly what the issue was, and that it may take a few days to do because with it being the holiday weekend the service depts were working on a skeleton crew. Mr [redacted] also said he would speak with his manager and they would work on resolving this.

This is a response to Mr. [redacted] complaint concerning his vehicle purchase on April 3, 2015 of a 2015 Chevrolet Pickup.  [redacted], General Manager at Allen Samuels Chevrolet called Mr. [redacted] on Monday May 25th concerning the complaint.  Mr. [redacted] indicated that he did not file...

the complaint but his mother did whom was not part of the purchase process.  Mr. [redacted] mother had previously called the dealership or information regarding his vehicle purchase.  Since Mr. [redacted] was the sole purchaser on the vehicle we could not discuss or disclose any information to her because of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy act.    Mr. [redacted] was presented a menu which gave him options as to payments and product choices.  The menu was signed with the options he wanted and the products were then added to his contract.  Mr. [redacted] signed the contract, buyers order, and all product items.  Mr. [redacted] returned on Monday April 6thto revisit what was on his contract and did not cancel or wish to change anything at that time.    We have requested that Mr. [redacted] have his mother rescind her complaint since she was not the purchaser nor was she aware of the sales process that Mr. [redacted] signed off on.  We value our clients and would not attempt to sneak any item or items under any false pretenses.  We ask Mr. [redacted] to call Mr. [redacted] with any other concerns he may have.

Hello Please see the attached response to Ms. [redacted] complaint. Thank you. [redacted]

[redacted] came to Autonation Chevrolet Waco on Saturday December 30th to look at purchasing a vehicle from us. She filled out and signed a credit application which authorizes the dealership to pull her credit reports and submit to our lenders for financing.  We showed the customer...

estimated figures on payments and she signed on a payment amount for us to see if we could obtain.  We did receive a conditional approval from one of our lenders, but they required proof of income on the deal. We then found out that the income stated on the credit application for child support was incorrect from what she was actually receiving. At that point we did not have an approved deal.  Once again we did have a signed credit application which states "By signing below I have read and agree to the terms of this application".
