Review: My insurance company paid a lot of money to have ProJan redo the whole inside of my residents, but unfortunately I released all the funds and still have problems that are unresolved. This company came back to my residents to replace a bedroom door, redo my bar, repaint two bathrooms and left me a mess. They took the entire door out, took the bar apart, left me the garbage and told me they decided they're not repainting the bathrooms, but they will be back the next day to finish installing the new door and bar. They never came back. Not only are they responsible to come back any fix any problems, but I had a verbal agreement with the owner of ProJan and at this point I am getting nowhere. My insurance company is trying to help get this resolved, but too much time is going by and I am tired of going back and forth. The amount listed below was giving to me by my insurance adjuster and he told me that ProJan should complete the work or pay me in full for the work that's not completed. I gave them too many chances to make this right and now I would like the money, so I can complete the work myself.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid in full for the amount of $1,350.35. This includes replacing one bedroom door, replacing the bar and painting two bathrooms.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although I did not receive a payment yet I was told on 03/19/2013 that a check is being sent to me, so we'll see what happens.
