Arpi's is a great company that really does treat there employees right! I've been working for Arpi's for years now and although there has been challenges Arpi's has provided me an environment to grow a successful career and continue to do soEvery time I get the opportunity to recommend Arpi's to either friends, family or strangers I do! If you want it done right then the answer is simple, call Arpi's first

I recently sold my house and the new buyers had Arpis come do a furnace inspection Being that I am ticketed journeyman in hvac/r I was shocked and extremely disgusted with the results As stated by the mechanic my blower motor needed to be replaced as well as the ignitor and the a/c system needed to be leak checked and repairedAnd the kicker the interior of my furnace needed to be painted at a quoted cost of just over $ I immediately preformed my own diagnostic check on the furnace and ac, as I do each year prior to heat/cool seasons However this time I documented the entire inspection with pics and videos I found there to be absolutely nothing wrong with the motor as it was running well under it's specified FLAI found nothing wrong with my ignitor, it's a hot surface ignitorKeep in my mind these are both electrical components which long story short either work or don't I sent pics of these issues to the owner and service manager I then went and put my gauges onto the condensing unit(something the Arpis tech didn't do) and found my pressures to be exactly were you would expect to see them given the ambient temp On the techs service report he states he removed collector box and inspected the heat exchanger however when I sent the service manager pics clearly showing that the box had not been removed he sent me a pic the tech took of the bottom of my exchangerThere is no way that you can thoroughly inspect an exchanger without removing the collector box I contacted the owner of Arpis and gave her the oppourtunity to address what I would consider to be the most ridiculous inspection border lining on fraudulent findingsI say fraudulent due to the fact that the service manager stated the reason the ac wasn't inspected was due to the fact the coil was frozen and dripping all over the interior of the furnace, however in a pic his own tech took it shows a bone dry interior I take my trade extremely serious and refuse to standby and allow a company to destroy a fragile reputation that the industry already holds due to fly by night companiesI pleaded with Arpis to make it rightNot give me a discount or money back it was never about that , it's about accepting responsibility for your actionsThese pleads fell on deaf ignorant ears I find it hard to put into words what went on so instead I will be posting a video to [redacted] that shows all documentation, my videos of live inspection, emails of correspondence as well as a step by step break down of how these guys try to swindle innocent people out of their hard earned money Oh and by the way I had a third party company come in and they found nothing wrong, their report will be in the video as well

I just had Arpi's out to install new furnaces It was day job and quite involved The crew was very intent on using my existing infrastructure to minimize disruption to the house The crew was on time each day and given the amount of material removed and re-installed my house stayed very tidy I am amazed at how quiet the new system is! Arpi's installed my original year old system - it is nice to call a company that has been around for a long time and it gives me confidence they can help me in the future

needed a furnace repair on a yr old unit that Arpi's had initially installed happy with the work but not with the price charged for labour $for diagnostic and another $for replacement of parts (parts were covered by warranty) tech was here for hrs and even factoring in another hr for travel time amounts to almost $per hr which is unreasonable in my mind had expected maybe $- $an hour unfortunately did not get a quote for labour before work was done arpi's mgmt was not open to any reduction in the charge

I met Craig *** Project Mgrat the recent home renovation show in CalgaryI was in the market for a new furnaceI had talked to a few competitors earlier in the dayI must say that Craig provided the most complete description of my choices and suggested with justification what was the best product for me,
When he came to my home to evaluate the on site conditions I was equally impressedI chose to give Arpi"s the job not only because they were the lowest bidder of three quotes but because they showed that they were the most competent
The technician that did the job, John *** further demonstrated that my confidence in Arpi's was well placedEven the City inspector commented on the excellent job quality

Great experience all aroundWill defiantly recommend to all my friends and family

Always my top choice for any service or repairsQuality work, and outstanding employees

Arpis installed furnaces in our homeOne of them is zoned and the other one is not
Everything works great :)

Arpi's were VERY helpful in getting my furnace working againExcellent Service!!! Jennifer, Shawna (CSR's) and Jacob (Technician) are all customer focused individuals who were pleasant to talk to, responsive and focused on fixing the problem as soon as possibleIt was refreshing to find an organization that would do whatever they could for us in this time of needI would not hesitate to recommend Arpi's Industries for residential HVAC service

We've used Arpi's for our heating and cooling needs for several years now. Regardless of the residence we've been in, we have never been disappointed with their service or the products that they've installed for us (Furnace, A/C)!
We had them out last Friday (April 15, 2016) for an annual service call. The representative went above beyond our expectations. Not only did he perform the work in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost, he also pointed out that our water softener unit was not level and since it's made of plastic, was slowly starting to cave in on itself. The plastic hoses from the unit were leaning against heating vents coming from the furnace. Thanks to him, we very likely avoided a flooded basement!

I recently sold my house and the new buyers had Arpis come do a furnace inspection.
Being that I am ticketed journeyman in hvac/r I was shocked and extremely disgusted with the results.
As stated by the mechanic my blower motor needed to be replaced as well as the ignitor and the a/c system needed to be leak checked and repaired. And the kicker the interior of my furnace needed to be painted at a quoted cost of just over $3000.
I immediately preformed my own diagnostic check on the furnace and ac, as I do each year prior to heat/cool seasons.
However this time I documented the entire inspection with pics and videos.
I found there to be absolutely nothing wrong with the motor as it was running well under it's specified FLA. I found nothing wrong with my ignitor, it's a hot surface ignitor. Keep in my mind these are both electrical components which long story short either work or don't. I sent pics of these 2 issues to the owner and service manager.
I then went and put my gauges onto the condensing unit(something the Arpis tech didn't do) and found my pressures to be exactly were you would expect to see them given the ambient temp.
On the techs service report he states he removed collector box and inspected the heat exchanger however when I sent the service manager pics clearly showing that the box had not been removed he sent me a pic the tech took of the bottom of my exchanger.. There is no way that you can thoroughly inspect an exchanger without removing the collector box.
I contacted the owner of Arpis and gave her the oppourtunity to address what I would consider to be the most ridiculous inspection border lining on fraudulent findings... I say fraudulent due to the fact that the service manager stated the reason the ac wasn't inspected was due to the fact the coil was frozen and dripping all over the interior of the furnace, however in a pic his own tech took it shows a bone dry interior.
I take my trade extremely serious and refuse to standby and allow a company to destroy a fragile reputation that the industry already holds due to fly by night companies. I pleaded with Arpis to make it right... Not give me a discount or money back it was never about that , it's about accepting responsibility for your actions. These pleads fell on deaf ignorant ears
I find it hard to put into words what went on so instead I will be posting a video to [redacted] that shows all documentation, my videos of live inspection, emails of correspondence as well as a step by step break down of how these guys try to swindle innocent people out of their hard earned money
Oh and by the way I had a third party company come in and they found nothing wrong, their report will be in the video as well

URSA is a non-profit organization that works directly with individuals with disabilities and brain injuries. We have been working directly with Arpi's since 2012. Arpi's completes all our plumbing and HVAC needs for all of our group homes. I just wanted to to say how much I truly appreciate everything Arpi's does for URSA. We had an emergency incident at one of our group homes this morning and your staff have been incredible in dealing with the situation and being quick with solutions and completing repairs. Also, Vern came directly on-site to ensure everything was okay. We can't thank you all enough for always going above and beyond for URSA and ensuring the safety of our clients is #1.

Please extend my sincere thank you's to Chad, Vern and Ren.

Thank you,

needed a furnace repair on a 2 yr old unit that Arpi's had initially installed. happy with the work but not with the price charged for labour. $125 for diagnostic and another $466 for replacement of 3 parts (parts were covered by warranty). tech was here for 2 hrs and even factoring in another 1 hr for travel time amounts to almost $200 per hr which is unreasonable in my mind. had expected maybe $100 - $125 an hour. unfortunately did not get a quote for labour before work was done. arpi's mgmt was not open to any reduction in the charge.
