I never received any info regarding a complaint until 10-when Revdex.com left voice mail when I could not get to phone quick enoughI return call but got VMI called again on 10-asked in VM to give me info on who was complaining so I could address itNever received anything until customer sent me the complaint on 10-and I returned calls to Revdex.com for explanation no return calls until I called back on 10-I know your office stated that you sent email and by mail but I do not use the email account you have and not sure why it is being used and I never received anything by mailMy complaint is you have my phone number but no one calls me before I am told it is too late to remedy this is very unprofessional on Revdex.com part and I am wanting to stop my paid service to you based on the way this was handledThe work needed done by customer was for polyermic sand that washed out during heavy rains after work was completedThis repair was not my fault and was act of God with the rain, I agreed with the customer to repair but told him we needed to get out of rainy season and would need to repair on my scheduleI was in Text contact with customer all summer and was scheduled to repair in SeptemberI was hospitalized on 9-and my schedule was not meetI went to customers house on 10-with crew and made repairs and have pictures to show what we didI do not want to be dinged on my rating based on communication errors on your part and if anyone would have called me our used correct email address and mailing address we would not be having this conversation
