The former customer has completely changed her reason for this complaint because her originally request was null and void after I stated and presented evidence which explained the following: Although the project did not go as planned, we Pro- Lawn and Landscape did in fact remove the orginally chain link fence, we did in fact cut down a large dead oak tree, we did in fact purchase over $worth of materials to build a privacy fence that the former customer keptBefore we pulled off this site I offered the customer two alternatives to remedy the issue, she shook my hand and thanked me for the service I did provide (Fence and Tree Removal and disposal) Too see a Revdex.com complaint is simply and attempt to have her cake and eat it too We providing the service according to specs laid out in the orginally invoice (see my first response)

Pro-Lawn & Landscape has provided its professional lawn and landscape services in the Greater Cincinnati area for over fifteen years We start and complete over projects successfully each year As President of operations,I acknowledge the concerns of this particular customer are
legitimateHowever I also acknowledge the fact we not only listen to her concerns but we gave multiple options to resolve issues which would not cost her any additional money The customer thanked me for my offer shook my hand but choose to give the project which was about 60% complete to another Company.
The customer paid a deposit of $towards a estimate which totaled $ Along with installing a privacy fence, we were also hired to remove an existing chain link fence and cut down a 60ft tall dead Ash tree for a total of $(please see original estimate attached)We purchased materials which were being used to build the fence from scratch The customer said the materials could be reused and she would keep them The documents attached are the same documents I provided to the customer I have receipts for materials that equal $and she paid $to remove the chainlink fence and the dead tree, that equals a total of $2194.55, so the customer got more than her monies worth

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The company Pro lawn has admitted I had a legitimate complaint against the work they attempted to do for me in their response to my complaint. Mr. j[redacted] offered to put up a completely closed in fence up by shoving boards in between the ones they currently had up to hide their errors they made. This is not what I had asked for in the original contract. I was paying $4500 for a shadow box fence, not a completely closed off fence! He also wanted to cut boards and paste boards to the lower 6 inches- 15 inches gaps at the bottom of every post at his expense. This would have not been as secure as needed for my dogs due to the fact wood splits and 6-15 inch fill in pieces would not have been eye appealing! If he had done either of those options, it would not have been worth the money. In addition to this, he offered to run lattice unevenly at the bottom of the fence, which also would have not been eye appealing. For the price I was paying, I wanted a shadow box fence. Not the ghetto look. He would not have wanted this in his yard I am sure. Also, the materials he purchased with my money I gave up front were not even the correct materials to be used outdoors. The lumber was untreated and not the right sizes required to do the fence. A professional would have know this in advance. When he came to my home to discuss this poor job and to try to remedy a solution, he agreed his crew did not do a good job at all. I pointed out where posts had only been set in the ground 5 inches to him. I also challenged him when he showed me materials supplied on site. We literally went out and counted board by board together and I have a witness here the entire time as well. He said he did not have all receipts from his workers and didnt understand why I was short supplies on site. I was missing over 100 boards at $2.65 a piece, and 8 bags of concrete he said they had purchased. Still no clue where these item are. In our original contract he was being paid to remove a fence, and cut down, cut up and stack a tree. That did not happen. I had to cut and stack it myself because he crew only worked 3-4 hrs a day, even tho they reported to him they worked longer. He said he would address that issue with them. Their lack of work shows how slow the progress was being done and neighbors witnessed how many hrs they were here as well. I cut up the tree so the project could get done in a timely manner.  When I told Mr. j[redacted] to stop production on the site and tell his crew to take a long lunch until he could arrive on scene, he didnt do so. I was so angry over the terrible work being done that I had to walk away. He showed up 3 hrs later on site and stopped the job.  I did not get what I asked for, and his options to try to make it better were not going to work nor look good and not going to be what I paid for. A fence cannot be put up with posts set in the ground 5 inches deep and 1 bag of concrete split between 17 posts! This entire job had to be stopped and no way could I allow them to rebuild on the site a second time. Not all materials could be saved, and not all ever were on site. I needed to replace all my nails and screws, all my inner slats and several posts and over 100 boards, in addition to buying the supplies that he claims he bought that never made it to my site and he couldnt provide receipts for to me the night we met. His crew showed up every day without tools and materials needed to do the job! I supplied tools every time they showed up on site. My personal work hrs in this job was 15 hrs by 3 of us for the complete tear out and several hundred more out of pocket for materials that got damaged in the tear down. I have requested $1000 back of my money. If more photos are needed, or original contract, I will happily attach and send.
Regards,
