This the the exact correspondence sent to the owner of the company who opted not to respond:
Mike,

I am giving you the courtesy of letting you know that I will be posting a very unfavorable review of your company and the work you performed especially as you have posted pictures of my home online without my permission.

It is now February and the painting that you posted is still incomplete (This begain in August 2019). I want all of your potential customers to know that while you are very personable and charming your lack of professionalism detracts from that considerably.

You charged me $1,700 and as of today's date I still have spots that are unfinished in my bedroom as you opted to add water to the paint instead of providing more since you did not complete the job initially not to mention my damaged blinds, paint still on the floor in my living room (whre yoou knocked the can over while talking instead of working) and the bathroom is incomplete. You took a week to finish a 2 day job because instead of actually painting you had one man doing the job while you talked on the phone and smoked cigarettes. I had to replace the outlet cover in my kitchen that you damaged, and will have to get the blinds repaired and the painting completed. You were so behind that you offered to paint an additional room for free and that never came to pass let alone making up for the poor job that was done on our home. People have inquired about the level of service that you offer and for the amount of money you charge I wouldn't recommend your company to paint a dog house.

I hope my review keeps anyone else from falling victim to your shabby services.
