I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The consumer did contact Revdex.com to accept the resolution from the businessThe consumer did want to add that the 20% restocking fee was suggested by her and that the agreement was only arrived at after Revdex.com was involvedThe consumer stated that she was never made aware of a warranty and it wasn't until after the second time contacting the business that the business acknowledged and offered to present a copy of the warranty

Today Advance Furniture processed a refund on Mrs. [redacted] credit card for $5.069.60. This price was  determined by subtracting the price of the. sectional ($6337) minus the 20% restocking charge ($1267.40), There is no question that this matter has taken way too long to resolve, but...

unfortunately, the original claims were related to warranty with the manufacturer [redacted]. Advance Furniture's involvement was to assist the customer with the shipping logistics to and from the factory multiple times and did pay the expenses related to this. [redacted]'s VP of operations,. Tommy Ivy on both occasions oversaw his master-upholsterer's solution to Mrs. [redacted]' complaints. [redacted]'s final resolution was to make an entire new sectional. See letter from Mr. Ivy written on June 17m 2015. At the time of the last delivery. Mrs. [redacted]' discovered a small dirt spot and refused delivery rather than having cleaned by a service Advance Furniture could send out We feel every effort to accommodate and resolve this matter was made, but on going. The customer refused several deliveries for small dirt smudges and subtle wrinkles (minor wrinkles are expected with upholstery and not covered under warranty). After several attempts both Advance Furniture and Mrs. [redacted] could not come to an agreement that the dirt smudge should be cleaned in her home. A resolution to refund the customer had already been made prior to receiving this complaint. Please see attached oopy of refund receipt and consider this matter resolved.
