Review: At this point, I feel it is necessary to detail my experience with Pro Logistics.

1. Transport driver called me on Monday, 10/26, and we discussed my decision to push back my vehicle pickup date to 10/30. He then told me he would call me on 10/29 and confirm that he would pick the car up on 10/30. I did not hear from him on the morning of 10/30. When late afternoon came I gave him a call. After telling him my name, the car, and pickup time, he proceeded to tell me he was unaware of the Friday pickup and would now pick it up on Saturday. I changed my last day of work from 10/30 to 10/29 so that I could be available for the pickup. Therefore I lost out on a full day of work.

So, now into Saturday, 10/31. I get a call from the driver around 8am telling me he would be by to pick the car up by 2pm, so I waited for him to arrive as he told he would. However, 2pm passed and no driver. I decided to wait to 4pm hoping he would arrive at that time. 4pm came and went - no driver. I called a little after 4pm and once again was greeted with the same questions, "what car is it? who are you?" I informed him of who I am and he then told me he could not make it and would be by in the morning, 11/1. The morning and afternoon of 11/1 came and went. I finally called him around 3pm. He told me at that point he would be able to make it to the residence by 5pm. At 5pm he called me and told me he would not be able to make that time due to another pick up. I told him that the car needs to be picked up in the Morning. He then told me that he would come by to pick the car up at 7am on 11/2. The car was finally picked up on 11/2. I lost out on one day of work and all plans over the weekend because I was waiting on the driver.

2. I signed a contract with Noble trucking that specifically states that my car will be placed on the top rack to protect it from road debris. I also verified with the driver that my NEW 2016 car will be placed on the top rack. He confirmed that it would be. However, when the vehicle arrived at the destination residence my vehicle was not on the top rack, it was actually on the bottom rack in a spot highly susceptible to road debris. The driver told me there were no scratches, however the car was very dirty so I could not tell. I washed the car immediately after picking it up and discovered a number of small paint chips on the back of the vehicle. Also, there were a number of black smudges above the driver side window (inside). So, now I have a new car with paint chips.

3. I called the transport company, ProLogistics, and was given the run around when I needed to speak to the claims department. I called many times throughout the afternoon but was unsuccessful. I then called the broker company. After a very brief description, I was passed on to someone who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. There was zero customer care. She told me that she would email me the insurance information of ProLogistics and that I needed to file my claim with them. So, I reviewed the insurance information she sent, locating the appropriate contact number. When I called the that number someone picked up and told me that I needed to call a specific insurance company. Before I could get more information they hung up on me.

Highly frustrated, I blindly called the insurance company they informed me of.

4. Now, I have to wait for the insurance company to get back in touch with me. Then, I will need to take my car in and have the damage accessed. Once assessed, I will have to leave it with the body shop to get fixed. This will require me to drive a loaner car or rent one for the time it will take to fix the vehicle.

5. I have called the transport company many times and left messages but have received no call backs.

As you can see this has turned into a nightmare for me. I simply wanted my vehicle to be delivered safely without damage so that I could begin work in my new city. Now, I have to work through this headache. This is very disappointing!Desired Settlement: Full Refund

Review: We contracted Pro Logistic Transport, Inc to transport our Toyota Sequoia from SC to WA. During the transport there was damage to our vehicle. I contacted them and email them photos of the damage as well at the reports of condition before and after pick up and drop off. I email [redacted] on Aug 25 with this supporting documentation. He emailed me back to let me know he received the emails and information. I have not heard anything back. I emailed him to follow up on September 3rd to follow up and then again of September 23rd. I called and left a message for him the last week of September. I called today and talked to Eddie, who hung up on me. When I called back he said he would give the message to [redacted]. When I asked to talk to [redacted]'s boss he told me that was Barak Obama. What a jerk. I am tired of waiting for this company that clearly is not going to take care of the damage they caused to my Sequoia. Please help me resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair the scratches on my vehicle that run from the front passenger door all the way to the end of the vehicle. I would also like them to replace the windshield that was broken during the transport.

Review: Told company that I would not be able to receive my vehicle until the 25th of May because I will not be in the state. They dropped off the vehicle at a storage facility on the 23rd. They did not call me nor did they return any of my calls or messages. After I finally get a hold of them being days later while my vehicle is getting charged for daily storage, they want cash or a money order. We originally agreed that we could pay by credit card in the beginning. This is incredibly inconsiderate company that does not care until they paid.Desired Settlement: Storage fees paid because they delivered it too early as I told them I wouldn't be there.

I had a similarly terrible experience with Pro Logistic to the previous reviewer. The car was delivered several days late, but it was even more frustrating that it was impossible to contact the company in the meantime. They don't answer their phone! When you eventually reach someone, they assure you that you will be contacted, which isn't usually true... or the driver will promise you multiple times to deliver it, and not show up during those windows. They apparently didn't give the paperwork on the car to the driver who was supposed to deliver it, so it was probably really late because of that. Completely unprofessional... this whole experience was a nightmare. I want to protect future potential customers from being completely in the dark about where their car is and what is happening with it.

Hi,
I had my luxury care transported from Anchorage to Kansas. I handed the car to Alaska Transport which I had used before and paid $2500. 3 weeks later, I got a phone call from a lady who wanted to deliver the car between 5 pm to 10pm the next day. They only gave me 24 hour notice and unfortunately I was not available that night because I had a prior business engagement. I explained to the lady on the phone that I can not take shipment at that point. Her response was "what part of this conversation you don't understand". I requested to speak to her supervisor but she said that she was the supervisor. Then I handed the phone to my wife so she could deal with this Unprofessional, inflexible and unreasonable Person. After 7 min conversation, the lady from Pro Logistic Hung up.
I found Pro Logistic to be extremely unreasonable and not accommodating. They call you 24 hours before delivery and give you unreasonable time like 5 pm to 10pm to take shipment. They don't mention the location. And if you say that you are not available then they threaten to leave the Car at the towing company at your expense.
I would not recommend them to anyone or anywhere. I paid $2500 for my Car transportation and extremely disappointed with the service. Don't use them.

Review: The company was supposed to deliver the car to its destination as per contract with a 24 hr prior notice. The rep called on 12/09/15 and said the car will arrive the following day (12/10/15). At about 10PM on 12/10/15 I received a phone call from the driver that the car won't be here as indicated and instead will arrive the following day at 10:00am. When I attempted to arrange the delivery time with the driver, the driver refused to cooperate and despite the fact that it was late at night (at the time of the call) he expected me to show up at the time and date randomly picked by him. I had to call in my work and not show up the following day as the driver threatened me that if I don't show up when he arrives he'll have to drop the car off at the impound facility and it'll cost me dearly. I attempted to contact the company office and after several phone calls without response I texted the rep but never received any response. I lost two days of work (the fist day as per rep expecting to pick up the car and the second day as I was forced to call in to accommodate the driver despite his change of plans). Both the company and the driver acted not only unprofessionally but also in a total disrespect to my work schedule, timing concern and loss of income. The promised delivery was not fulfilled and different terms and times were imposed on me with the threat of having my car impounded.Desired Settlement: I expect the company to pay for my two lost days of work. I work for the government in the healthcare industry where unexpected absence is not only frown upon but also directly effects other co-workers and patients' outcomes. My current pay rate is $35.75 per hour and I work 12 hour shifts. I also expect company's apology for the way it handled the business.

Review: I had my wife car transported from Pittsburgh, Pa to Olympia WA. We had been contacted by the driver the day prior several times to set up a time when he would drop the vehicle off. We agreed upon 0100 on Friday, September 11th, 2015. The driver stated he would call us when he arrived. He never arrived at the stated time. We also never received an update from him. My wife and I waited up until 0230 just in case. We received the car on Friday, September 11th, 2015 at approximately 0530. It was still dark out at this time. My wife who initially inspected the car during pick up did not see the damage due to the low light levels primarily as well as she stated she "felt rushed through the inspection by the driver" after having slept so little. We took the vehicle and parked it inside our garage where it remained for the weekend. I noticed the damage later Friday evening while in my garage. I contacted Pro Logistic Transport on Saturday however due to no one answering I had to leave a message. Contact was made with Pro Logistic Transport on Monday, September 14th, 2015. They advised they wanted me to send them pictures of the damage as well as obtained two estimates from two separate auto repair shops. I complied with their request. I sent pictures on Monday, September 14th, 2015. One estimate was quoted at $1,737.87 and the second was quoted at $880.82.

Since that time I have contacted Pro Logistic Transport on multiple occasions asking for updates as well as resolution of my claim. I have on more than one occasion either had no one answer or was told they would call me back with an update. When I was told I would receive a call back I usually never would. I finally reached someone today, October 14th, 2015. He stated that he spoke with his claims manager who advised him that Pro Logistic Transport would not be paying for the damage. He stated that since the damage was not listed on the Bill of Laden that they were not responsible for the damage. I asked to speak to a supervisor or higher. The individual I spoke to stated he would find someone and then hung up on me. I repeatedly tried reaching them by calling back. Unfortunately, they did not answer. I have left a voicemail asking for resolution however I have not received a response as of yet.Desired Settlement: I would like my claim to be honored by Pro Logistic Transport. I would like them to pay for repairs at either of the two auto repair shops that I received an estimate with. I would appreciate a timely response concerning resolution of this matter.

My car was delivered with $400-$500 (based on repair estimates) of damage to the roof. They were nearly impossible to reach via phone to file a claim. When I did get someone to answer they often put me on hold and never came back. They denied any responsibility for the damage to my car. The damage was quite obviously due to shipping.

Avoid this shipping company!
My experience with Pro Logistic Transport was bad from the start. They wanted an additional $100 before even picking up the car. I compromised for $50. After they picked it up, the company was impossible to contact and I never knew where my car was. The number that was provided went to a dispatcher that never picked up the phone, even though I tried calling at a variety of different times of day, days of the week, and left numerous messages.
The car was delivered 3 days late, and it wasn't until I called the broker that set up the contract that they even bothered to call me back. The car was delivered with dirt on the seats, and when I tried to make them honor a $150 discount that was promised to me over the phone because the delivery was late, both the driver and his "boss" threatened to take my car away if I didn't pay full sticker price. On top of that, I discovered that someone from this company stole the USB charger for my phone that was inside my car.
In summary, Pro Logistic Transport has bad customer service, bad business practices, and will try to squeeze as much money from you as possible. Do not trust their 5 star rating on uship; the reviews are all mass-produced and left by shipping brokers instead of their actual customers.
