Pro Marine Supplies

Purchased resin epoxy from Pro Marine Supplies multiple times within the last 6 months. When I received my last order I had severe issues with the product. I had multiple back and forth communications, spending hours documenting my entire prep process; providing picture and video to support that my issue not user error. When I reached out on their Facebook page to see if any other customers were having the same issue they blocked my access to their Facebook when other customers were coming forward with the identical issue. The company continued to make excuses that despite my photograph and video evidence their product could not be to blame.
The company openly advertises the product being used in multiple applications yet accused my miss use of the product to be the cause of my issues, this I feel is a direct contradiction and is misleading in advertisement. Pro Marine supplies refused to replace or refund my money for the purchase. As a customer who was loyal to them I am infuriated at how I was treated and at the lack of professionalism displayed by removing me from their social media when other customers were verifying my issues, preventing myself and others from having the option for resolution. My personal business was negatively affected by this failed purchase, resulting in damaged merchandise and lost profits.
