Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] It is true that I am a few months out of teh warantee period yes it also true that I did bring in some sunglasses that were purchased in the 80's And it is alos true I did bring in my mother's glasses for repair as wellBut these facts are not relavent to my complaintThere were actually several repairs on these sunglasses because it was broke in several different parts It is true taht I did ask them to glue teh sunglassesHowever, they broke upon teh first time me wearing themHowever, they are not addressing the issue that I stated in my first complaint:WHEN I TOOK TEH SUNGLASSES BACK FOR REPAIR SINCE THEY DIDINT DO TEH JOB RIGHT TEH FIRST TIME,the OWNER TOLD ME THAT MY SUNGLASSES WERE CHEAP AND NOT WORTH FIXINGMY CONCERN HERE IS, AND AS I STATED TO HER,"IF YOU THINK MY GLASSES ARE CHEAP AND NOT WORTH FIXING, THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT TEH REPAIR IN TEH FIRST PLACE AND TAKE MY MONEY? AND NOT TELL ME THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I DONT WASTE MY MONEY?"'The reason I am asking for a refund is because teh ownert told me they are not worth fixingAnd for them to glue it would be a waste of my gas and timeJust please do teh right thing and refund me; I have brought other business to you guys and I will continue doing so if there is some good faithI am willing to ask for $refund and to accept your offer and teh Revdex.com will show that your company resolved my issue without an difficulties, for the public to see

Without a receipt I have no idea of the repair we are talking about. We have a 30 day warrantyon a $35.00 repair. This does sound like a manwho brought his mothers glasses in for a fix a $35.00 repairHe had a $5.00 pair of sunglasses he brought in the 80sI believe we would only glue them for...

him. He cameback and insisted we glue it again after severalmonths. He was very picky about it and refused to pay the $10.00.He never had a receipt.

Review: I went to Pro Mec to have my sunglasses repaired. Actually I have sent my mother and other relative there to support their business. My problem is that when I took my sunglasses in for repair I was charged $35 for repair. These are for sunglasses that were in new condition and has been barely used. They however repaired the sunglasses that broke and took my money. The glasses had some damage in 2 sections. Since it was fixed I have only used the sunglasses once and they immediately fell apart at one of the parts that broke. I took it back in to Pro Mec to re-repair the sunglasses. Their response was that the glasses was old and cheap quality, and would not hold up on the repair.

I was very upset by this and said "If you consider these sunglasses 'cheap' and 'old', why did you take my money in the first place? Why didn't you just send me away instead of wasting my money? " Their response was angrily yelling "OK".

I have brought them other business and been respectful and they should treat customers with more dignity.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $35 because they already indicated the sunglasses would just fall apart again if it was repaired.
