After reviewing the complaint from [redacted] and [redacted]for the second time after no resolution has occurred. I am beingtuthfull in my response on my account. In my opinion, Mr [redacted]was not satisfied with the result from the State of Wisconsin sohe has decided to take a different approach to repeatly try andslander my company name so that is why he submitted a complaintwith the Revdex.com. I am in excellent standing with the store that he hastried to slander by name in and in fact, have been told by the managerthat I am the "Best Installer that he has on file".There was never a written contact so therefore there is no startor completion date for the flooring in the duplex. Mr. [redacted] shouldbe grateful that he found another installer considering his reputationand was able to fmd a renter in that time frame.

I am receipt of the response from Tile Time, [redacted]. His letter is false.  We agreed in a verbal contract that our apartment on [redacted] would be completed by the end of August.  There was no agreement that we would be filler, which would make no sense to us as we wanted the apartment complete to rent by August. As for the conversation in August at [redacted], that was false.  [redacted] does not swear.  This upsets me as Mr.[redacted] lied. Tile Time and his workmanship--this is Mr. [redacted] bragging about himself.  Putting in carpet is a simple project and really did not see of his other projects.  We wanted carpet put in at a reasonable price and we did not question any of his pricing, so again he is incorrect and did not tell the truth.  Tile Time was paid for everything he did and, in fact, he never finished apt 2 and was paid in full because he said he was going to come during the week of August 24th to finish and he never did.  Mr. [redacted], in fact, had some of our supplies in his truck and molding that was ours and we had to get that back, along with the key, and he finally gave us the stuff back.  Mr. [redacted] failed to say to took some of our stuff. Mr. [redacted] was called by us during the week of August 24th and that is when his foul language was portrayed.  I will attached the transcribed document of the phone call as we have it on tape.  I am a transcriptionist by trade and transcribed it verbatim.  You will be able to tell who has the foul language.  If you care to listen to the tape it is saved to my computer. When I filed the complaint with the State Consumer Board, Mr. [redacted] mentioned that we were not allowed in [redacted]..  We are a friend of [redacted], so that was false and we had [redacted] write a statement for the state.  Why Mr. [redacted] brought this up is wrong and then lie. This had nothing to do with our claim.  This bothers me as Tile Time continues to lie.  To bring up our business, [redacted], in this letter makes no sense to me.  What does this have to do with my Revdex.com complaint? In fact, after he did a project at our home and told me filthy stories and had foul language I informed my husband I did not want him back. This was the first time I met him and he talked to me like I was a buddy in bar.  He left a mess at our home and never came to the project prepared.  In fact, when he started our back-splash project he put his bucket and tools right on top of my ceramic stove top.  I had to give him a towel to put on as not to scratch my stove top.  He is a very unorganized worker.  Again, I refused to have him work anywhere in my home because of unprepared work habits and foul language.   If you talk managers in the carpet/tile department at [redacted] in [redacted] and [redacted] they do not want to deal with him because of his language. I wish for my complaint to be posted on Revdex.com web site so others will not go through what we did.  You do not start a project for a customer and when you get a job that you make more money just stop and take another job when you started working on a project.  Tile Time said he was going to make $8,000 and that was reason he left our project not complete.  This is a bad business practice and I have talked to others and Tile Time has done the same thing to them.  Thank you in advance and please let me know when my complaint will be on the Revdex.com web site and I hope you mark his rating down as he is no where near an A at all.  I am not sure how that works, but please do not keep him an A.If there is anything else you need please let me know. [redacted] and [redacted]

I am providing you with a comment on this matter for thecomplaint that you received form [redacted] for the flooringinstallation at [redacted]I, [redacted] flooring told [redacted]that I would install flooring for Apt 2 at [redacted] with theunderstanding and consent...

from [redacted] that I would do it as a fillerbecause my schedule was to tight and [redacted] agreed to those circumstances.[redacted] and I had agreed on a verbal contract so there was no writtencontract so therefore there was never a deadline to meet. During the durationof the job [redacted] would consistently call me and ask me when I was comingover to do the job. I would go to the apt in the afternoon and work until 8:00PM in which I needed to respect quiet time for the other tenants. I saw[redacted] and his wife on Sunday, August 24,2014 at [redacted] and he said to me in the presence of my wife and[redacted] daughter" Don't you think you should get your F[redacted] A**back and finish my apartment?" I called him the following day (Monday,August 25,2014 ) and told [redacted] that he would have to find someoneelse to do Apt 4 because I was not going to tolerate with his foullanguage especially in front of my family. For someone who owns abusiness himself ( [redacted]) you would think that he wouldhave dignity and treat someone else the way you would want to be treated.[redacted] said that he wanted me to do Apt 4 because he liked my workmanshipand could not fmd anybody else with the same quality. [redacted] continuallytried to get me to bring my prices down to nearly nothing and use foullanguage. I finished Apt 2 and he paid me 656.00 on August 20, 2014and I feel that he would have not even considered paying me in full ifthe work was not done in Apt. 2.I feel that I should not be responsible for his lost rent in Sept. 2014because I never promised [redacted] that I would have Apt 4 completed andIn fact I never even charged him for tearing out the existing flooring anddisposing of it after he told me he would help me. I gave him ample warningthat I was not interested in doing anymore work for him.I have numerous satisfied customers and returning customers thatcan not say enough positive comments about my workmanship andvalue. I, also, have numerous referalls that keep my business successfulafter 15 years and I value all of them. Thank you for all your continuedsupport.Thank you for your time in this matter.
