On 11-05-I ordered a *** punicng bag from Pro Mountings website The next day I inquired when it would ship and I was told they could not fill my order and I would be refunded The charge was pending on my credit card for $ I was shocked to see it posted on 11-07- I waited until 11-15-and sent an email to the owner and also to sales team asking about my refund I got no answer so I sent more emails on 11-16-and finally at the end of the day the owner Roy N*** sent me an email which he said “sir keep you pants onYou will be refunded Monday when our account rep gets back from the Philippines.” I couldn’t believe the response so I emailed back a response
It should be noted I filled a claim with *** ** *** to disputed this charge since it doesn’t appear Pro Mountings is going to refund me I also let the owner know Inwas filing a Revdex.com complaint I really hope you can do something about this This is just not right The customer service and t
