I sent their product back to them on July 17, 2019, and they were supposed to reimburse me. They still have not.
On 6/14/2019 and 6/24/2019 CBD Pro Naturals took $189.34 from my account. I Called the company and they told me if I returned the products they would reimburse me my money. On July 18th 2019, I sent the product back through UPS (I still have receipt).
Since then I have continuously called to get my money back and they keep pushing me around. I cancelled out the bank card they took the purchase through. They supposedly, tried to reimburse me that way, I never received payment. So I called them and emailed them my bank records proving this. They were then supposed to send me a check, they said it would take 30 days, so I gave them that time. I still did not receive payment. I then Called back. They said there was some type of issue and they supposedly sent it again, still I have not received this check.
This has been going on since July 2019.
I have called this company over 40 times, and get nowhere. Supposedly the calls are recorded. I have asked to speak with the department that handles payments/reimbursements. I get told that they do not take calls but they will put in notes to have that dept. call me. This has happened multiple times, still no call back. They say they will trace check that was sent, but they have not. They tell me there is nothing else they can do, (more like nothing else they will try to do).
I went to bank and they told me to contact Revdex.com, and attorney generals office.
I tried to contact them today, but I just kept getting hung up on.

ordered $4.95 trial of cbd oil. they started shipping their product of $94.67. I did not order this product. I would like them to stop sending product
I must have ordered the trial sample. the company just started sending me the product and charged me $94.67. I did not order any further product. I believe this happened IN sept.2019. now I have I contacted received this latest product 10/19/19. On 10/24/19 I called the company and told them the same thing. I do not want any product. CBD oil.

I had won a supposed $100.00 coupon from Walgreens of which they have different items offered for trail the only thing I need to do is choose what Item I wanted and pay the shipping charges of aprox. $4.99. I did received the promise bottle have used it and had no positive effect on me, 10/10/2019 I received a second bottle with a bill of which they deducted out of my credit card the amount of $94.67
I called their (XXX) XXX-XXXX number they have on their webpage and some other person answer he did not know them, I called the second # (XXX) XXX-XXXX of which I found on Revdex.com web line. Called them 10/10/2019 answering serv. Answered, after explaining to them what had transpired with the first bottle and ask for a full refund of $94.67 being it did not work for me plus they have 60 day money back. I did mention I would return the other non-open bottle. She told me they could not refund my money.

I was contacted by my bank's fraud division regarding an attemp to deduct $92.67 from my account. I declined the payment and my bank did not charge my a
ccount. I have closed that card.

Facebook posting/they advertise 14 day trial just pay for $5 shipping;then they turn around & bill $94. They try to refund 25% then they go up 50%

I called to cancel this bogus subscription after not knowing I was signing up for a subscription and going to be charged $94.67/mo.
They offer to reimburse up to 25% then they go up to 50% and said that's the best they can do and hang up.

I responded to an ad for a free bottle of CBD oil if I paid shipping of $4.95. I was charged $94.67 and told I could return it if it was unopened
I responded to an ad for a free bottle of CBD oil if I paid shipping of $4.95 on 8/26/19. I saw on my bank statement I was also charged $4.95 for Modern Miracle Skin Cream. I went to their site and tried to figure out how to cancel it but couldn't figure out how so just let it go. On 9/9/19 I received an envelope with a bottle of CBD oil and a little jar of hemp cream. I have seizures and heard the oil could help so I tried some and felt a little sleepy but nothing else.

On 9/12/19 I saw a charge of $94.67 on my bank statement for Modern Miracle Skin Cream. I called the number associated with the charge 800 970-1573 and was told to call 844 736-3599. I told that person I did not order the cream and was told if I sent it back I could get a refund and she would waive the two $10 fees and that she was sending an email with instructions.

I didn't get the email so I sent an email to them at ***@customerservicecbd.com and requested return instructions. I received an email back with an RA# and instructions that I would get a partial refund and only if products had been unopened. I had opened and sampled both. It also said I had been cancelled from their autoship program.

I also read some complaints that the CBD oil was actually just mineral oil, it had been analyzed.

I would like a full refund.

Not refunding my money
On 6/14/19 I paid $4.95 x 2 for postal fees for samples of garcinia hemp and life skin cream. I never received the samples and on 7/9/19 I was charged $94.67 and $92.67. I called the company to complain and was told I would be refunded. On 7/10/19, I was electronically refunded $94.67. On 7/15/19 I called the company and spoke to Devyn asking where my $92.67 refund was. She told me they weren't able to process electronically and that it had been mailed to me. On 8/9/19 I called the company and spoke to Victoria telling her I had not received the check. She said she would submit another form to there payout department. On 9/10/19 I called the company and spoke to Christina who claimed she was a supervisor and she gave me the same runaround and said she would submit an urgent request to the payout department. I asked that my call be transferred to the department that handles that and Christina said she could not do that. Christina also said she could not give me a timeline either.
