Pro Oil Change

Tried to over charge for oil changeFailed to top up fluids which was covered under packageOver filled crankcase oil which can damage engine seals & gaskets

My Husband and I had an extremely negative experience with this business We ordered a bay window for our bathroom (tried to go through Home Depot who directed us to deal directly with Peak Installations) We had a quote done and signed the papers and gave the deposit on May 30th (quoted price was $1989.00) I instructed the individual that the credit card I used for the deposit should not be charged again, would use a different one for the balance He told me no problem, the window will be done in 4-weeks It took over weeks and multiple emails to get the remeasure done weeks after that we still hadn't heard anything so we called Peak and they put us on hold and came back to say they didn't measure correctly and the window would actually be another thousand dollars We were extremely unimpressed that we had to spend more, and at the fact that they took weeks and us to contact them to tell us how much longer the order would takeThe window came in at the end of August A really good company, not associated with Peak installed our window, no complaints there I then emailed Peak to ask how we could pay the balance off days later my credit card was charged the balance of the window, which happened to be over my credit limit so if I didn't call the bank, I would have had to pay an over draft fee I called Peak about this to which they sent an email without an apology or any way to accommodate my concerns
Over all, dealing with them was nothing but a headache, they told us nothing but *** and I found their business logic completely unprofessional I told them I would tell family and friends to NEVER use their services and I would also write a review about my experience Again, they show no concern or offer any way to accommodate our concerns
