Greetings of the dayDear Sir/MadamThank you for writing us,We would like to inform you whatever customer is saying we disagree with that as we do not represent our self as as a partner with any brands,We understand customer had some issues and she called us and we fix the problem but before we provide any service to any customer we always provide sufficient information about our company terms and condition,We do not charge customers until work is not finish,However we can not agree for the refund on the bases of this statement but if customer have any financial need then we can look for partial refund as a help but as far we concern about customer statement what she is typing is completely irrelevant that never happen and it seems customer wants money out of us.Any more concern customer can contact us at anytime directly.Thanks and regardsAdam S***

Dear Sir/Madam Thank you so much for writing us,We received your complaint and we crosscheck everything and we would like to inform you that customer called us at 02/16/and ask us for a repair and clean up for his/her computer,We informed about charge of $well in advance and customer agree for the charge,However before we took any payment from customer we completed our job and ask the customer to pay us via ACH (E-Check).Once we fix the machine after that we asked customer to crosscheck the work and then we charge the customer via check,However customer had enough time to experience the work on machine,After fixation we did receive a non-authorized check provided by customer that also hit our business reputation and this also harm our business revenue.We tried many time to clear out this matter with customer directly but the phone no we got from customer for documentation was not active,So we found customer lied to business.Check payment for $was already stopped by customer and we have not received any money from customer so we are failed to understand why customer is complaining about business.We would also like to get one time service charge and paid antivirus that was given to customer,However if customer is not willing to pay for the service or have financial issue can also share with us we would never ask for money.I hope this reply will clear all the doubts to customer and to the respected complaint platform.Anymore concern or questions customer can call us directly to our business helpline [redacted] Adam ***ManagerToll Free: [redacted]

Greetings of the day Attn: Revdex.com Euclid Avenue, 4th floor Cleveland OH [redacted] We have received the complaint stating customer has been scammedCustomer has written in the complaint that she received some kind of message with a toll free number to callWe would like to inform that the number does not belong to us or website on which she received the messageYou can always complaint the toll-free & the hosting company for the same, however we do have customer in the listWe did receive a call from the customer about the computer issues she was facingShe had some major problem with the computer which we helped her through & send the invoice for the payment We always give ample time to the customer to think if they really like to go for the service they have been offeredCustomer had a chance to cancel any kind of service if she liked to, also we do not have any track for the payment you are claiming with your card, if your card statement appear the charge in favor of PRO PC REPAIR LLC then it has been charge by our organization However as a goodwill gesture we can allow a refund of USD & rest we cannot because she has purchased products & the service charge Hope that would help us to resolve the complaint Thank You Regards Adam S [redacted] 855-811-

Thank you for writing us, we have receive the complaint stating that customer has been scammed and she has found our business toll free no 855-811-6366 and 855-837-9965 on some...

kind of error screen which is not true. We always provide this number only to our registered customers, we have checked it on our end & we do have the customer registered in database that shows customer has taken our services and paid us the $528.94, However we always offer the customer for free diagnosing and if there is anything need to be fix we ask customer’s permission for that. If customer agree for the services than only we fix the problems.
We are an independent organization and we do not claim to be part of any other brands.
When customer contacted us first she had issue using the computer and computer not running up to the configuration. We helped & resolved all the issue customer had. Your computer browser was hijacked & customer could not browser. Computer was malfunctioning which was fixed then.
Hope that would help us to resolve the complaint

You can always complaint the toll-free & the hosting company for the same, however we do have customer in the list. We did receive a call from the customer about the computer issues she was facing. We always give ample time to the customer to think if they really like to go for the service they have been offered. Customer had a chance to cancel any kind of service if she liked to, also we do not have any track for the payment you are claiming with your card, if your card statement appear the charge in favor of PRO PC REPAIR LLC then it has been charge by our organization.
However as a goodwill gesture we can allow a refund of USD 100 & rest we cannot because she has purchased products & the service charge
