This letter is in response to Mr [redacted] second letterI understand MrJ [redacted] automobile condition and his busy schedule That is the reason why I made the numerous appointments for him when he called requesting his automobile to be seenPro Performance Engines, stands firm on providing high quality service of checking Mr [redacted] Dodge Magnum engine He has been given the required attention to his problem, but he has not made the appointments I would strongly encourage Mr [redacted] to bring his auto to resolve his issuePlease contact me for any further assistance with this issue Sincerely, [redacted] Office Manager

Mr [redacted] had the engine re-manufactured and installed of his Dodge Magnum automobile, at Pro Performance Engines, LLC picking it up on March 20, He called informing about the engine problem and we proceeded on making an appointment for him to bring the automobile so we could proceed to check and fix the problem The appointment is a regular procedure to give each client its time and the proper attention to fix the problem at hand However, Mr [redacted] did not keep his appointments he would call a few days later stating that he was not able to keep that appointment and made another one He did this, as for his letter three times Every time he called we made arrangements with no avail Last time he called he could not bring it on the next available date 5/he was going to drop it off before for me to look at it again, Mr [redacted] failed to bring his vehicle I have always being willing to assist Mr [redacted] with the Dodge Magnum problemWe have never refused to give attention to his situation, if he would have brought the vehicle he would had been helped I am here to provide the very best service to my customers and strive to do so We are here and will continue to provide assistance to our customers Sincerely, [redacted] Office Manager

Poor customer serviceIt is taking months to repair my Dodge pickup truckI had the engine rebuilt almost a year ago, a week later the engine light was on again we took it back, was told there was nothing wrong.On Feb27th, I took the truck back to the garage because I notice smoke and the engine light was still onWe were told nothing was wrong, my cousins husband took it back after he had it checked at NAPA .then took it back since then it has been at the garage and no feed back on the progress, I call back every week they tell me next week, next week comes and it's not fixedLast week they told me it would be fixed today but it wasn'tAnd I tried calling no answer.I've had to walk to work most times for two months

*** brought his van to have the engine rebuilt by Recertified Engines, LLC the van was here for approximately four weeksDuring that time the engine was rebuilt, theMr*** took his van from Recertified Engines, LLC to have more work done to it at another shopHe called and informed me that there was something wrong with the engine because it was shaking That he wanted to bring the van in to have it checked It was agreed for the van to come and we would take a look There has been consistent communication informing Mr*** of what we were going to do to assist him with his engine He came in to Recertified Engines, LLC it was discussed what we were doing with his engine When he left he was happy and agreed to what was going on with his van To have gotten this complaint was a real shock because everything appeared to be going on fine There was no money information discussed or brought up I need clarification on what MR*** would like for me to continue doing with his engine.For any further answers please contact me at the above contact information Sincerely,*** ***

Blew the motor in my 03 Dodge 1500, 5.7 Hemi.. I was worried sick as I have little money. Took the engine to them on Monday late afternoon. They had it ready Friday for the following weekend install. The motor is still in the first 500 mile break in and works perfectly. They couldn't have done a better job and I highly recommend Pro Performance Engines. Excellent job, thank you very much..
