pan under the tile shower floor, since it was in desperate need. The floor was unstable and weak to even stand on it. We also replaced the sill, the wood underneath and re tiled the shower floor. The wood under the pan was so rotted that it crumbled. Also have photos. Since this appeared to be the major problem at that time, it was replaced first. The customer saw the rot and was told by the technician that the grout was in bad shape. The customer did not want to do the regrout of shower. When the customer called to say it was still leaking, the plastic was put up to make sure our work of the pan was not leaking. It proved the water leaks through the grout. The grout in the bathroom is disintegrating and in major need of repair. We warranty all work completed. We returned as needed to verify that our work was correct. We insisted on leaving the plastic up for a few weeks of use to eliminate possibilities of areas with leakage.

They came when they said they would, did excellent work at an excellent price and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Review: We hired Pro Plumbers on 10-13-15 to fix a leak in the shower. Cost $4200.00 .

Pro Plumbers said that they did not know where the leak was. So they replaced the floor, shower liner, and cemented for a cost of $4200.00. We still have leak and job is not finished 11-18-15 and we have new damage from work done inside the shower to the outside of the shower.

Pro Plumbers recommend that we hang garbage bags around the shower walls for a week to rule out a pipe leak and it turns out that the leak had nothing to do with the pipes and that it was in the walls right from the start, going through the grout which in turn has caused water damage. When we call Pro Plumbers, they would scheduled and rescheduled us.

Now Pro Plumbers wants to charge another $700.00 or more to fix the leak by grouting the walls. If and when?

We have been living with the problem that Pro Plumbers said they could repair for 37 days. That is over one month (37 days).

Problem (leak in shower) never fixed.Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment, finish the job, refund, repair, and or replacement of a shower remodeling services which includes Done in as little as one day! Custom manufactured, and Lifetime Warranty.
