Today, I have received and have read the complaint of [redacted] & [redacted] and hereby submit our response.I would like to express an apology for the quality of service that the [redacted]'s are claiming and wish that their feelings were not so.  We acquired Aqua Chlor, a...

longtime pool service company, and converted our routes to an automated system on March 2, 2016.  Our records show that the [redacted]'s had service missed twice in March, as a result of the conversion.  Regretfully, the conversion did not run perfect.  However, I will confirm that we received no phone message and/or any communication of such missed service by the [redacted]'s.  We found our own error while reviewing the visit summary of the routes and found that they were missed twice.  Our technician has been servicing the pool since we noticed the missed visits, in fact, this morning (prior to receiving this complaint and/or any knowledge of this issue) he chemically treated the pool, cleaned (2) skimmer baskets, scrubbed the walls, stairs and other areas of the pool, and added (3) chlorine tabs in the chlorinator.I have attached a copy of the refund check for March 2016 service and have mailed it to the [redacted]'s.  I wish them great service in the future with whomever they choose.Thank you,[redacted]Pro Pools[redacted]
