Pro Quality Painting and Home Repair

We've contracted Dennis and Pro Quality Painting & Home Repair on two separate occasions and consider ourselves fortunate for having connected with him. One project was painting an office and completing its wood flooring. The most recent was painting a bathroom. Dennis is fastidious in preparing the surface before painting, and our walls in this 40 year old house look like new after Dennis is done. Dennis also is one of the most professional, courteous contractors with whom we've ever dealt. We would definitely bring him back for additional projects and recommend him highly to anyone.

He started the job (exterior painting and related repair work) when promised, completed the work on time and was very focused on quality throughout. We particularly liked the fact that Dennis was on site every day. If he had to leave early or arrive late to spec a possible job, he always let us know in advance. His pricing was reasonable and competitive. Not necessarily the cheapest, but no where near the high end, either. We got his name through a referral and have recommended him to others.

Dennis F[redacted], owner of Pro Quality, recently completed a fairly substantial job for us. It required removing very old, very "stubborn" popcorn ceilings, repairing and patching damage to the ceilings from ice dams, and installing new drop ceiling panels in a finished basement.
Once the work began, it was done professionally and efficiently. Dennis was in constant communication with us--to provide updates and to check in and get feedback on how the job was going. It was a great experience.

Pro Quality Painting has now painted the interior and exterior of my 70 year old summer cottage. I proposed an Adirondack style scheme with different colors on trim, doors, shingles etc, and their team did a great job. I'm still admiring their work 2 years after the interior was completed. Excellent quality; also excellent carpentry as well.

We recently used Pro Quality Painting to paint the outside of our home. Exceeded our expectations is how I would describe our experience! Since relocating to this area in 2012 Dennis is one of our favorite contractors. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction were amazing. We could not believe the precision that went into all of the prep work. He replaced rotting wood and some framing. The actual painting flawless. The house looks brand new. Dennis has done several projects in our home for my husband and I over the years. Tearing up tiles, replacing sub-flooring, removing stubborn wall paper, scraping popcorn ceiling, painting and picking the perfect colors........to name a few. ProQuality Painting did an excellent job prepping and staining our house. Prior to their work, our house had an uneven covering of 8 year old oil based semi transparent stain. ProQuality recommended switching to a semi solid water based stain. The end result is a beautiful, even coating and the color match is excellent as well.

Dennis, who is the owner of Pro Quality Painting, does an excellent job with both interior and exterior painting. He painted the exterior of my house last year and also the interior of my office this year and I was thoroughly impressed with both jobs. His attention to detail, fairness with pricing, and his eye/knack for color choices are unbeatable.
