Good Morning, Although the AM Thursday time was rescheduled for after PM last evening, MrH***’s Prorefinish staff did show up after PM and they installed the end panels and fixed the gap in the cabinet His staff were very polite and did not leave last evening until the work was finished Thus, the work that was outstanding has now been completed and the case can be considered resolvedI want to thank you and the Richmond Revdex.com for their assistance in resolving this matterSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with Joe from the business. The customer has been contacted about the delay in this project. The parts have been received by the business and will be installed this week.

 Prorefinish indicated the end panels would be installed today.  There were not.  At 10:58 PM last evening, Prorefinish indicated they would not be coming today and have rescheduled for Monday, August 29th.  Thus, nothing has been “resolved” as the end panels have not been installed.  Of course I would accept their offer to complete the installation but until the installation actually takes place, the case is not “resolved” but still outstanding.
