I paid for the creation of a professional resume three weeks ago and have received nothing.I paid $125 for resumes 3 weeks ago but have received nothing.Desired SettlementAt this point this company has lost my confidence to give a proper service. I have called multiple times and wasted fuel,energy,and time going by there so I simply want a full refund.Business Response Julie, We actually did complete his resume package and get it to him via the Internet on time. He would call and say he did not receive it and we would resend accordingly. In his defense he was using his cell phone to open his email and the resume package went to his spam every time. When he discovered the problem, he called and apologized for the mix up. I would hope that this would not go on my record as a complaint that was satisfied considering that it was handled completely in a professional manner by Pro Resume and was in no way any wrong doing on our part. We are diligently trying to avoid any problems with our customer base and provide them super service. When you are dealing with customers who in a lot of cases are in need of a new job or out of a job, sometimes emotions run high.
