First of all we did not over exxagget the issue and we never claimed we didFirst off we did agree to right to the Revdex.com that we have had our issues resolvedBut upon reading the letter from [redacted] at Pro roofing, several statements were not reflected correctlyMr [redacted] states we were told that all the roofing needed to be repaired which is correct BUT, our roof system is three different levels and the one level he did was the one that had a small leakWhen we asked for him to quote the job he sent one of his workers to do the evaluationWhen [redacted] presented us with the quote he guaranteed us that when he was done that it would fix our leak issueNOTHING was said at the time of discussing separating the job into two installations that it would cause a problemHe did advise about the flashing but said nothing about it affecting the lower roof it was in regards to the upper roof which does not leak everIn regards to installing gutter protection incorrectly, that is incorrect when he was here he said that is what probably what stopped the leakFYI it was not gutter protection it was screen to keep leaves outThis did not cause water to back upMr [redacted] claims to have personally been to our home over three times, this might be true but only when we demanded him to come outHe was never on our roof till this last incident due to the letter written to the Revdex.comIt was not a small leak at the sky light per his commentsWe now have drywall damage on our ceiling approx8-inches wideHe claims he has taken multiple pictures of the interior and exterior but it was done after damage and not beforeWe have video and pictures of before and after and during the down pour where we had to us multiple buckets and pans for the leakage which NEVER had that much leakage before repair Yes we did say we would write that things have been resolved, but at this moment we have not had any snow melt or rain due to it being to cold so we can not say that the problem is resolvedUpon being able to confirm that it is resolved I will at that time admit to that Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 17, 2017/07/25) */ Closed out all concerns with customer May 1, and gave customer [redacted] June to finalize upon that time they were to contact Revdex.com satisfied check # [redacted] 1,

Ed & Crew has done right by me & my family They have went above & beyond the call to make sure the work they did for my home was to our satisfactionI know that they are very busy but they did work on my home as requested & met all our expectationsEd is a reasonable man & took time to make sure all our needs were met

Pro Roofing and Construction removed my old roof and installed a new roof for me
The overall service was better than expectedThe team delivered the results and quality that was promised

I recently stopped to inspect the job again windows look great and they do not leak. We all repaired their front picture window area at no additional cost. FIRST TO CORRECT THE RECORD, CUSTOMER ADMITS GROW( OVEREXAGGERATING CLAIM.
