On Aug 29, 2017, I entered a contract with Sergio Z*** of Pro Roofing I gave him a check for half ($4979.00) of what it would cost to remove and replace shingles on my hail damaged roof.??I told Sergio Z***/Pro Roofing I was in no hurry; that he could catch up with his other commitments I said I would rather have my roof done right then to have it rushed due to his busy schedule He agreed
Pro Roofing, began the work on my roof on or around Oct 15, Complete the job on Oct 19, 2016, with the exception of two items; combing out the air conditioner compressor fins and replacing solar screens??CAT SEL DESCRIPTION CALC from insurance estimate.?Line Item HVC ACFINS> Comb straighten a/c condfins - w/trip charge- LargeEA ??Line Iteim WDR SWS R&R Solar window screen.11- SFEA $268.83??Total = $456.33???I was assured he would be back to finish up those two items in that week or the coming week I paid him the balance of $with his verbal commitment to finish the job Mr Z*** gave me his word that he would be back to complete the work.??After a week or so of rain and scheduling problems and him falling ill, I contacted Pro RoofingMr Z*** txt me saying would be by to complete the work These txt messages would happen several times over a two month period and only after texting or leaving voice messagesBut still no response and the work has not been completed.??I sent a certified letter to Pro Roofing, I found on the Yellow Pages website It was returned as, "No such address" I then had to go to the "People Finder" website to find a different addressI did receive the card signed certifying it was delivered I outlined the above requesting a refund for the total above This way I could get someone else to complete the work ??I can't even get an invoice from him for the work he did do; for my records Asked USAA to assist me They left a message with him but received nothing.??Even after several attempts, the last time I heard from Mr Z*** of Pro Roofing, was Nov 22, He stated on that day, "we finish every job we start." As of this day, Jan 20,I have not heard anything from Mr Z***/Pro Roofing since I do not recommend Pro Roofing?????
