Tell u We regret that Mr*** is not satisfied with Pro Roofing’s services. However, Pro Roofing denies that Mr***’ roof is leaking. As has been explained to Mr*** on several occasions, after inspection of the work and the alleged leak, Pro Roofing confirmed and informed Mr
*** that it is the year old chimney that is leaking, not the roof. Mr*** was advised to contact a chimney mason to repair the chimney, but he declined. Subsequent to Mr***’ filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, he submitted a claim to Pro Roofing’s insurance company. The matter is now being investigated by the insurance adjuster. Contrary to Mr***’ claim, Pro Roofing has been responsive and has gone above and beyond its contractual obligations to inspect and address Mr***’s chimney issues. While Pro Roofing remains of the position that any leak is unrelated to Pro Roofing’s work, Pro Roofing did offer to remove and replace any wet insulation and sheetrock around the chimney, but Mr*** declined the offer. Pro Roofing also tarped the chimney to allow it to dry out so that a sealant could be applied. Pro Roofing did contact the homeowner on March 7, 2018, to advise that Pro Roofing would be coming to the premises to remove the tarp. Despite these efforts, Mr*** remains unsatisfied. I am rejecting this response because:After multiple attempts to contact Pro Roofing, they came out, acknowledged that the flashing was leaking, added more sealant to the flashing and left. This did not resolve the leak. After further weeks of attempted contact (for which I have call logs), they came out and wrapped the chimney in a tarp. If the chimney were leaking, this would have resolved the water intrusion. The timestamped, high-resolution photos and videos I have taken both with and without the tarp indicate that the flashing is the source of the intrusion. When I explained to Alex that the plastic wrapping on the chimney had no impact on the leak, they came out when we weren't home (against explicit instructions and at risk to our dogs and his employee) and removed the plastic wrap from the chimney. In spite of multiple attempts to have Pro Roofing rectify their mistake, they have refused to respond to our contact, provided insurance information to us and to the state, and failed to follow through on promises made on the rare occasions that they were willing to respond at all The work was not done. The chimney flashing did not leak prior to Pro's installationThe chimney flashing leaks now. The chimney flashing continued to leak when the chimney was covered with a tarp. All of this is documented with high-definition photos and videos with all EXIF data intact. Pro Roofing has denied responsibility for this at every turn. Their company owes me a leak-free roof or they owe me my money back to pay another company to do the job correctly

First and foremost, Pro Roofing denies that it provided any insurance information to Mr*** or to the state.? Mr***’ claim is not only untrue, it is completely unfounded and contrary to the public insurance information for Pro Roofing that is on file with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.? Indeed, Mr*** has already contacted Pro Roofing’s carrier, and the carrier is currently investigating the claim.? To the extent that Mr*** continues to falsely accuse Pro Roofing of providing insurance information to the state, Pro Roofing will respond accordingly through its counsel.? ?
