I hired Pro Roofing and Siding to do some major repairs on the outside of my 30 year old house. They did carpentry work, new gutters, replaced my chimney cap and repaired the siding on my chimney and painted the entire exterior. They were on time, very professional and did everything I asked plus. In the past I have had very bad experiences with contractors, in this case I HIGHLY recommend this company. Scott the sales person who first came to my house was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a written quote before he left (Other companies took up to 3 days). Hafid, the Project manager was involved in every step of the process and handled every request/question I had. This is an amazing company that cared about my satisfaction. I would hire them again. We originally called several companies for estimates for siding and roofing repairs. However Pro Roofing & Siding, LLC showed up with reasonable estimates and were so knowledgeable that we decided to forego siding repairs and have our home completely resided and painted, along with some roofing repairs. Pro Roofing is the first contractor that stood behind the word of their sales rep. The work I had done included a new roof, replacement of rotten wood and exterior painting. The pricing was in the middle of the four quotes I got. The roof is the best that has ever been on the house. The patches in the wood blend in so well I can not tell where they start and end. The yard was left as clean as they found it at the start of the work.

We contacted at least 8 roofers to give us a bid for the job. 6 actually returned our call and scheduled a free estimate. One was a no-show. Some got on the roof, one went into our attic, and one stayed on the curb and took pictures.... Two worked with insurance companies . One recommended a complete roof, another one said repair. The price range for replacement was between $9, 200.00 and $3,500.00. Pro-Roofing showed up on time, walked around the house, and explained every detail. They provided us with a written estimate within a reasonable time, and they were the only company to give a follow-up call to answer any questions. We compared companies on Revdex.com and Pro-Roofing had an excellent rating. We finally chose Pro-Roofing because we could get the best quality for the best price.

Everyone in the company treated us with professional courtesy and reliability : the salesman, office manager assistant, project manager and installers. The salesman and project manager explained each step of the process clearly and they did exactly what they said they would do. We were approved for credit over the phone by answering a few questions. The office manager assistant provided invoices and communication about our credit very efficiently.

Our new roof looks beautiful. It comes with great warranties from both the manufacturer and Pro-Roofing installation. I highly recommend Pro-Roofing if you have roofing issues.
