Good afternoon [redacted] , After reading this dishonest complaint, if the customer would have included a copy of signed contract it would have showed they had the septic tank Pumped for a minimum charge of 350.00 for Septic maintenance and he requested the driver bring out 3 boxes of enzymes... that he purchased for an additional 150.00 contract total was for 500.00. He states in his complaint that we charged him 500.00 for pumping alone which is completely false!! He was upset when we refused to locate an additional tank dig it up and pump it. We explained to him to run camera and pump a tank that he had no idea where it was would be an additional cost [redacted] had no problems with the service til his son came along Mr. [redacted] paid and signed contract in full and his son called threatening me wanting us to come out locate that other seepage pit tank and pump it, I calmly explained to him what it would take to do that, he hung up on me he has since wrote bad reviews about our company stating we ripped off a elderly man that Pro Rooter and Septic is taking advantage of senior citizens. His father is a wealthy farmer who owns several houses in neighborhood this is why he purchased 3 boxes of enzymes for the other septic tanks. What he wanted us to go back and do is beyond unreasonable. After talking to Mr ***’s son I called Mr. [redacted] back he apologized on behalf of his son and told me he would have his son take down the false reviews on yelp. He since has not. Here at Pro Rooter we take our reputation very serious, we offer professional services at affordable rates to all of our customers. We offer discounts to all seniors, veterans and military workers. This is why our company has such a good reputation and so many referrals from our customers base to friends, family members etc.. If there is anything else that is needed on this please let me know. The response from the female operator from prorooter is inaccurate During our phone conversation the female operator was actually the person who was argumentative, yelled over the phone, and was the party that was overall aggressive in their speaking tone The business response did not accurately relay events that occurred during that day The business added inaccurate descriptions of their proposed remedy in that the business stated offering the use of a camera to find the drywell tank That did not occur The enzyme treatment that the business charged for is the event that was taking advantage of a senior citizen According to the Prorooter business website, pro rooter states in their own words that septic tank systems do not need any additives to operate correctly Yet, pro rooter charged $for an enzyme additive that pro rooter states is completely unnecessary The quality of the septic tank cleaning did not meet their promise of a complete cleaning including all sewage both solids and liquids in the septic tank After opening the septic tank, the tank was not full and prorooter refused to completely clean the existing solids and liquids from the tank as promised verbally by the female phone operator and as stated on the pro rooter website As you read prorooter’s written response to the Revdex.com, the prorooter author’s argumentative tone is demonstrated within the text Prorooter’s response makes presumptions about the client and demonstrated misrepresentation of events Clearly, prorooter has demonstrated by their own behaviors, the unprofessional nature in the way prorooter conducts business transactions Our current online yelp and google reviews are in line with other previous customers negative reviews
