Back in 2016 I called and asked them to come and spray for bugs out in the yard. they called back and told me that they didnt come to Fairview MT for over a week. I told them to cancel because I needed it done then. I thought that was the end of issue. Now 9/12/2017 I am getting collection letters from a different company that pro safe has turned a BILL for over $250.00 dollars!!!!!! And they are saying that they did come down that day and take care of my yard. No reciept, no one showed up while I was there with ECO LAB while they were spraying for bugs.
How do they prove that they did indeed spray my yard and when were they there ? Secretary just tells me to get a Lawyer!!!!!
(*** was the name she gave last year) called last year to have her yard sprayed for spiders and also around the exterior of the house. The technicians called and left her a
message on 7/18/2016 and went 7/19/2016 to spray her house. They treated the exterior of the house and the yard for general pest control. She has never called back until 9/18/2017 after
she received a collection notice from a collection company in Montana. When she called yesterday she said we had never been there and that she was not paying this bill. I told her that I had
tried to call her many times last year and she had not returned the calls to me regarding this bill. She said I have never talked to you and I told her "Correct. Because no one ever returned my
call". Then I told her that the technicians might have called the other phone number listed on the invoice. I told her the phone number and she said she had never heard of that number. She
said this was first time she had ever received anything from collections until this month and it was dated 9/12/2017. I sent this invoice to collections in January of 2017. I told her I couldn't be
of assistance since this bill was turned in to collections and she needed to call them. The collection agency called and said they had tried many times to contact her also. I told the collection
agent about the other phone number listed on the account and looked up and it came back to be ***. *** also stated that our technicians might of sprayed the wrong house as there is 3 different 505 address on the same street.
