I was not treated fairly at the Lexus dealership located on [redacted] I took my vehicle to the dealership on three (3) different occasions for a complaint of noise On my first visit the mechanic performed a road test and was unable to determine what the noiseHe asked me to return my vehicle to the dealership for a re-inspection I return and the master mechanic conducted a road test and stated it was the left air suspension system needed to be replaced As advised, I got the left air suspension system replaced however days later I heard the same noise again I return my vehicle to Lexus and another mechanic conducted a road test and indicated that it was my control arm I informed him it was the same noise and requested that the master mechanic listen but I was told he was unavailable If the control arm was bad I don’t understand why I wasn’t informed initially I understand it could possibly be two things wrong with the vehicle but tell me t
