On May 31, Pro Services repaired a busted pipe and gave me a year warranty In June it busted again where they had repaired it I called them and set up an appointmentThey called and cancelled and we rescheduled for July 10th They never showed up or called I called them and the lady told me that it had been fixed But it has not been fixed
I have called them several times and they will not answer or return my phone calls

On the evening of 2/10/2018, we returned home to discover the drains in the house stopped up As I was on my way to the hardware store, my fiance called and said that she had called a plumber to come clear the lineWhen the guy gets to the house, he notifies us that there is an $service fee just for coming out to the house He then assessed the clogged drains and said he had to go out to his truck to get me a quoteHe returned approximately minutes later and quoted me over $plus the $service fee to clear out the sewer linel he then indicated that they didn't carry line snakes anymore, to which I replied, I wouldn't either if I could charge somebody over $to clean out their sewer drain!
