Like many people in Frederick we experienced water damage in our basement as a result of sewer backup caused by Hurricane Joaquin. Despite the early hour of 6am, owner LS and his remediation team were at our house within the hour. They worked quickly and professionally to remove furniture, carpets and other property. They did a meticulous and very thorough job, respecting our property and home every step of the way. Luis guided us through the process and was on hand to work with our insurance adjuster. Our basement flooded during a flash flood this summer and pretty much destroyed our basement. We called Pro Services, and they turned out to be the only place we needed to call to clean up the mess, refinish the basement, and complete construction to waterproof and protect us from a future flood. They were there very quickly the night of the flood, and completed all of the work we needed to do, which was considerable, at a very reasonable price, very quickly. We were amazed at how prompt and professional the work was, and it was so nice to be able to go to one company for all of the work.

Luis, the owner, helped us understand the best course of action with our insurance, worked with us to suit our budget, and made us feel like part of the family. Now our basement looks great, with a brand new floor, and all of the problems that had caused our basement to be at constant risk of flood have been resolved. They really care about their customers and always look out for their best interests, which doesn't always happen when you're dealing with situations in which insurance claims and renovations are involved.
