Review: I purchased the product to renew my wood laminate flooring in my home. I followed the instructions to the letter. My floors look terrible. The product has left streaks and blotches o my floor. It now has clouded over in some areas and it is impossible to get up. The business wanted to know what would make me happy and I told them some kind of restitution. They responded with $10 off the cost of $45. At this point all I want to do is get it up off my floor an get my floors back to where they were. I'm so disappointed and at this point would not recommend this product to anyone!!! And they wanted to know what would make me happy.Desired Settlement: At the very least an apology by phone and a refund of the cost at this point.

It is very important for us to have happy customers.
We believe there may be some confusion here. We have never sold anything on Ebay, and we don't sell any of our products for $45.00. We would never offer someone $10 off a $45.00 purchase for restitution. We checked our accounting system and we cannot find any record of you purchasing PRO SHOT® from us. Is it possible you purchased PRO SHOT® from someone else on EBay, maybe a wholesale reseller or another company? If so, did they offer you $10 off a $45.00 purchase? Can you please tell us who sold you PRO SHOT®? We would be happy to contact them once we know who it is to see if they can refund your money and offer you an apology by phone? It's worth a phone call to them.
Please know we would like to clear up this misunderstanding, but we do not have enough information.
Please know PRO SHOT® is a water-based acrylic polymer finish and has a PH of about 8 to 8.5. You can remove PRO SHOT® completely with a high PH floor stripper. They usually start at a PH of around 10.5 (just be sure to follow the manufacturers directions on the bottle).
