not replace the boards. If we replace the boards due to the moisture we will in fact have to make several more trips out to house, as we have already done. We in fact have made several attempts to fix this issue but due to the moisture issue, the attempts to fix were not permeant, thus the customer calls the contractor, we have been in contact with [redacted]'s who is in fact her provider. They have advised us to wait to fix it. We have also enclosed the 3rd party inspection report, and the findings. If she advises [redacted]'s which is her provider that we need to go out there, then we will, due to the stipulations of our contract all work orders must be through the store in which she purchased. We have also advised the consumer of this.
