Good Morning, I do understand the frustration, but we have advised the home owner of the moisture readings and the causes of this issue.We have advised her that if she would take care of the issue we would in fact replace the boards, but until the issue with moisture is resolved on her part, we can not replace the boardsIf we replace the boards due to the moisture we will in fact have to make several more trips out to house, as we have already doneWe in fact have made several attempts to fix this issue but due to the moisture issue, the attempts to fix were not permeant, thus the customer calls the contractor, we have been in contact with ***'s who is in fact her providerThey have advised us to wait to fix itWe have also enclosed the 3rd party inspection report, and the findingsIf she advises ***'s which is her provider that we need to go out there, then we will, due to the stipulations of our contract all work orders must be through the store in which she purchasedWe have also advised the consumer of thisthank you
