Review: On 7/23/14 I brought my car in for automotive work where the "boss" called and stated that my car need a new thermostat and that's why my vehicle was,over heating and that it would only cost me 180.00 for this repair they could not do it that day but would keep it over night. Called first thing in the morning to see if my car was finished it was but it had no gas for them to test drive the vehicle! I arrived to pick up my vehicle where I was charged 211.42 and told my door was fixed on the driver side I did not ask for my door to be fixed but since it irritated him he popped my lock out leaving a hole where the key would be telling me if I would like he would put it back.In the end I had a car that still overheated worse a lock out of my door gone and I'm still paying for a real automotive repair shop to overlook the problem and give me a true diagnostic. I feel this place bullied me because I was female and was very fearful in not paying him for the work he supposedly did! My whole engine could have gone out! What upsets me even more after when I drove his employee around he still tried to act like they fixed the problem with! And when I proved that I was right I was told that people like me lie like this everytime!!Desired Settlement: I want this company to realize that customer service and honest service is very important and also that people need their vehicles to make money to be ripped off by them

On 7/23/14 [redacted] brought her car in for a overheating problem. She was told that a $90 diagnose charge to find the problem. The tech found that the vehicle had stop leak in the system also that the thermostat had low flow also possible blocked radiator due to the stop leak in the system. Call the customer explaining the problem she was told that the thermostat needed replaced possible radiator also due to the stop leak. she stated she didn't have the funds for a radiator we told her that we could replace the thermostat to see if that would solve the problem if not the radiator would need replaced also she agreeded but couldn't pick-up the vehicle until the next day. The tech replaced the thermostat and tested the vehicle the customer picked up the vehicle the next day about an hour later she called and said that it was still overheating. The customer returned demanding her money back we told her again that the radiator needs replaced she wouldn't listen or didn't understand or didn't care after argureing(her yelling) we returned $90 to her.

As for the door lock it was already punched out also the inside door panel was missing. The door wouldn't open so the tech repaired it so it would open at no charge The customer was very pleased in the beginning.

As for telling her that people like her lie is a total false statement If we talked that way to our customers we wouldn't have any.
