After discovering a large soft spot behind my toilet, I called a few different plumbers and Pro Solutions could come out at a time convenient to MESimon came to check it out even though he wouldn't be able to do anything that day He was very clear right from the beginning about what he thought would have to be done, and always called to get my ok before doing anything He provided a detailed estimate right away, covering every contingency What I thought would be something simple ended up being a full bathroom renovation, and Simon and Will were quick, efficient, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day They also had to put a bit of drywall in where the old tub surround came off and did a fantastic job of this The only downside was having very little choice in the vanity (3), hardware (5) and counter top (5) Overall, great job, fast, efficient, friendly and I would not hesitate to call or recommend them

I called on the Monday of the Victoria Day weekend, and out of four companies, Pro Solutions was the only one who called back (within the hour) Barb was on call, and she was wonderful to deal with Tim was dispatched and he communicated where he was and what time he would arrive He explained each step he would do, and kept me in the loop at each step of the job, how long he would be, where he would be (in the van or going for parts) and made sure I knew the pros and cons of each decision that had to be made He was very professional and kind, and also did his job with quiet efficiency (I had to work from home that day and had several online meetings and he was very respectful) I have already recommended the company to a friend I appreciated the excellent service in a stressful time, and am glad to have found a company I can depend on for our needs in this area

Thanks to Pro Solutions we have heat From the moment I called at 8am and talked to the receptionist (Kayla- I think that was her name) She was very pleasant and concerned about my home not having any heat She booked me an appointment and she ended up calling me back a half an hour later to get me in early then expected She was very understanding and very knowledgeable about my Goodman furnace When Ed B the repairman showed up on time ,he was very polite and went to work at an instance As he was working he was explaining to me about my furnace and he answered any questions or concerns I had My furnace now works again hanks to the great staff at Pro Solutions :)

We had Ed B out from pro solutions and he was great he fixed our furnace in only a couple minutes and had the heat going again almost immediately ill definetly call him back for routine service and repairs
