Review: After performing only one treatment on my home after contracting for a full year, this company will not answer their office or cell phone. Additionally, they will not return several polite voice messages I've left on both lines. I did send an email warning I would take action if they would not return my calls or respond to the email. I have not looked for my contract but they don't even know why I'm trying to reach them. (I do need service due to some needed bug spraying.)Please see copy of email below.Subject: It's been 3 weeks.[redacted], congratulations on your nuptials. I hope your OK. You answered your phone on your honeymoon and I told you it wasn't that important to talk bugs then and please call me when you return. I have since left several voice mails on both your cell and office phones but you still have not called. I assume your having growing pains but this is NOT the way to build a loyal customer base. I will ask this last time, "please call me @ [redacted]."If you do not call I can only assume the worst and will be forced to take appropriate action.
