Pro Source Pest Management

Review: Pro Source has sprayed my house since my contract in 2010. They supposedly gave all clients to Termite Solutions and they sprayed for termites in 2014. They were suppose to spray in 2015 March and no one ever came and I called and Termite Solutions said he would try to spray my home. The contract is with Pro Source but I was told Termite Solutions had the contracts that is why he called in 2014 and sprayed. I need my home sprayed for termites. Review: After my elevation the company paid for the termite plan and I paid for it after that. This year I am due for my termite spray and my daughter has tried to contact them 4 times via email and phone messages and no response. This business does not call you back or does not spray on time. He is not keeping his contract up to date.Desired Settlement: I would like him to come and spray and if not he needs to have someone take his place so I do not have to pay for the initial termite inspection.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pro Source Pest Management regarding complaint ID 9897438, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

he has still not complied with the contract to spray my home for termites. I have to constantly contact him year after year to spray. I would like him to pay for a new initial set up for another company that is reliable.
