I would like to begin by apologizing to the client about the miscommunication regarding the ship date of the dress. We furnish an approximate shipping date to customers to keep them informed about the process, this is not the "event date" and clients are usually made aware this is not a guaranteed date but just an estimate. We guarantee the garment to be ready for the "event date". unfortunately, we failed to make this clear, waisting the clients time. Again we are very sorry for that. Having said that' the client was in yesterday 7/6/2015 to try on her dress. we discussed the issues and came to an understanding. we have extended free alterations (>200$ VALUE) to her dress and we are expediting those services to be completed this week. The client has excepted the resolution and we are moving forward with our relationship positively.
