Andrew phoned first and arrived before the time the dispatcher said they would send someone. That's a first! Usually you wait and wait... He diagnosed the kitchen sink leak right away and installed a new faucet. He explained everything that was going on, and it was very helpful to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew and this company.

We had a new garbarator installed by Darcy. A very pleasant young man who did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the service. I would recommend him for any plumbing jobs you may have.

We have used Prostar Plumbing/Crowfoot Plumbing twice this year and have found them to be prompt and thorough in every way. They explained the work to be done, and outlined the approximate cost and time involved for each job. Professional and friendly service

I had D'arcy and Andrew out today to put a new water heater in my home and to fix a old bath tub that is 55 yr's old ,it had sprung a leak and many pipes had to be changed out as they were all original .I honestly could not be happier with the service .D'arcy is an exceptional plumber and installer of any pipes , just wonderful Andrew was also a big help and knew his way around as well .I am a lucky person to have found them .VERY LUCKY , I highly recommend this team of people .Thanks Judy

I called, they answered right away. They dispatched the same day. Andrew arrived. He was a bit rough around the edges but he certainly knew how to solve the problem. He explained everything, including the worse case scenario which thankfully he did not have to do. He fixed our problem and gave me some tips to maintain a clean drain and garburator.

Had to call last minute to get a fridge water line hooked up and Darcy M was able to come right away. Quick, efficient, clean and polite. No problems whatsoever.

All the required work was explained to me in detail and then carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Both areas where the work was completed had been cleaned up properly.
