I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling which turned out to be from an upstairs toilet. I phone prostar in the morning and was told someone would be out probably late morning. I had to phone back early afternoon. later I got a call from Darcy saying he would be there in about 10 minutes. He arrived within that time and was very professional. He diagnosed the probable cause and set about proving the problem. He told me up front about what might be needed to solve the problem and he told me the cost. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He worked quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was clean after he finished. I would not hesitate to recommend Darcy to anyone who had a plumbing problem
