We used Pro Storm Repair when our roof was damaged by a recent hail storm. Matt B, their representative, was excellent. He inspected the damage and was present when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. His ability to answer all of my questions, and assist with the insurance procedure, made it very easy for us. Whenever I texted him a question, he replied almost immediately, no matter what time of day. He continued to stay in close contact throughout, and following, the completion of the job.
The crew was very professional. They were on time, first thing in the morning, and completed the work in one day. They replaced all of the shingles, as well as our skylights. They did a very good job and were also very meticulous about cleaning up afterwards.
We are very pleased with the whole experience.

They wrote a contract, cashed my $1,000 deposit then 7 days later notified me that they filled out the contract wrong and the price was going up, I denied to move forward emailed them saying I no longer want there services and to return my deposit, it's been 10 days and I have not received my deposit.
