A short answer to this complaint is that Mr [redacted] first claimed that he did not even start to use the courseIn fact he spent many hours in the course, more than in his complaintHe is complaining about the fact we could only give him a partial refund and that we had spelling and grammatical errorsBoth are true, BUT, our refund policy is dictated by the Oregon Education Division, we have no choice in the matter AND, he declared that he read and agreed to that policy (and the amounts) before he started the courseAs far as the spelling and grammar they are contained in the Oregon Administrative Rules and the Oregon Revised Statutes and we have chosen not to correct them since they are published Oregon Law and Regulations

I signed up for a Real Estate course through Superior and after 1 chapter (30 hours, one week) of a 150 hour course found I could not go back and review that chapter without the answers still showing for the questions so rather than go through the remaining 10 chapters I would get a refund. I applied for the refund of $389.00 and they said I was only due $175.00. I expressed my dismay and they said that was their policy. So now I will have to go out and buy another course at a similar price but be out $224.00, Not Happy.  [redacted]
