I ordered a 12inch round cake from this business I was referred to concerning stylist type designs and cakes I called Monday 03/13/to order and pick up cake for my son 18th birthday party 03/14/ We had party that night and cut about to small pieces of the cake, still have more than 3/left of cake to bring into shop to show that it was not eaten I called the merchant to let them know that the cake was dissatisfying to our taste and no one ate or like the taste of the cake due to some type of Italian buttercream that was not specify at the time of purchasing on the cake that they use for the cake I paid $ for cake and, still will have to order elsewhere to accommodate the lost of party that we was unable to enjoy for my son 18th birthday because of the quality of cake not liked from tastingI did not put those pieces that was cut back n the box for that is contamination to the whole entire cake but the was not eaten because the quality of buttercream this bu
First, I will say that I contacted the business with my complaint and they never respondedI ordered a custom 3D cake for my son's graduationI communicated with the bakery numerous times through email and three times on the telephone, and they sent me a sketchI paid a total of $(including delivery), for the minimum custom cake orderI did NOT get what I paid forThere were important elements missing from the cake, even though they'd been on the drawing and we'd discussed them several timesThere were other elements that were completely incorrect There was damage to the cake when they delivered it and the work was sloppy--big gaps in something that had been wrapped around the cake (it was a round cake with an edible sheet of a decoration wrapping around it), huge dent in the side of the cake on one sideHoles in the fondantWhite streaks through the "chocolate" buttercream--which tasted nothing like chocolateI took photos of some of what was wrong with the cakeI cont
