Completed work and gutters were completely clogged within a week. When I called to request a minor price adjustment, they refused and said it was because the service was performed in the spring prior to tree helicopters coming down - despite never previously advising that this would likely occur. They then sent the invoice to a collection agency along with an interest charge which was not authorized by agreement. Stay away. They have no concept of customer service.

As per our guarantee, any complaints will be handled free of charge within the first 2 rains, or the first month, whichever comes first, for gutter cleaning. In this case, the customer had contacted us 2 months after the issues had come up, and we had zero complaints or concerns voiced prior to that time. The work was finished on May 5, 2019. The customer had contacted us 2 months later, July 1 to be specific, which is well after our guarantee. There was also window cleaning included with this service (which was done prior to May 5, April 30 to be specific), and there were no issues with that. Between May 5 and July 1, there was also an unusual amount of rain through May and June.

We offered the customer a return cleaning for the same price as before for another gutter cleaning (no window cleaning included). If the customer had contacted us immediately after noticing an issue within that first week or two, we would have gladly come out for free to check what the issue was with the gutters.

We are willing to remove the late charges from the bill.

Pro Team Works came to my home on Dec. 27, 2018 to clean out my gutters. I was out of town but I had given them permission to be on the premises. When I returned from my trip I found splatter from the removal of decaying leaves all along the back of the siding of my home. (I have pictures.) *** from Pro Team Works had removed the leaves from the gutters by throwing bunches of them on the ground from the second story, which then splattered some of the decaying leaves up onto the siding by my back walkway. I contacted *** (the manager at Pro Team Works) upon my return to ask them to clean up the mess left on my home from their gutter cleaning. I was told a specific window of time that they would come by to clean up the splatter. Pro Team Works did not come within the two-hour window of time they had indicated they would come. In fact, they had come earlier and when I asked *** why they hadn't called to let me know they were coming earlier, he stated that they had called and left me a voicemail. This is false. I checked my messages and missed calls and I had not received a phone call (or voicemail) from Pro Team Works or even any other unidentified numbers. I took pictures of the splatter and emailed them to *** at ***@proteamworks.com Eventually, in early March, I cleaned off all the splatter myself because I was tired of waiting for Pro Team Works to follow up. When *** called me this morning and I explained that I had already cleaned up the mess, I stated that he should write off my bill of $99 for the gutter cleaning because they had been so difficult to work with in trying to get them to clean up the mess they left behind. *** stated that he would turn my account over to a collections agency. I believe this is completely unfair treatment of a customer. And, they lied about having left me a voicemail about the clean up time change.

We did gutter cleaning for customer on December 27. Collected all debris in a plastic bag and through it away in her garbage can. Some of the loose mud that was in a gutter splashed down in a process.

We cleaned *** gutters on December 27th. My technicians cleaned gutters by hand and collected in a plastic bag. In a procces some of the mud splashed down on the ground.

They through the bag of mud and debris in customers garbage can After job was completed about week later, customer called and said that her garbage can was stinking and there was some mud on a house. So we sent our crew back to clean it up. Temperatures were below 32 F. They told me that that garbage can was stinky from long time ago, but they washed it with bleach anyways. Customer's exterior water was off. So, my technicians used their drinking water as much as they could.

Customer was still not happy!. So I called her on Friday March 15 and left her a massage that my technician will come back to clean couple black mud spots on her lower part of a siding. My technician called her as well but nobody answered.

That mud splatter was not that bad, plus most of it we took off with drinking water. I ll include pictures.

Anyways, the gutter cleaning job was completed and cleaning wall job was partially completed. We could wash it off with a pressure washer in March if customer would be granted the water excess.

But customer come out and washed it of with water herself and

now does not want to pay. So we turned her bill together with a late payment to collection agency to collect the money for gutter cleaning that was finished December 27th.

P. S. As you see from pictures mud splatter is not that bad and it can be washed easily with a hose. the dirty fascia was cleaned up and some siding was cleaned up with drinking water. So, dismissing total unpaid bill when actual job was completed will be not my intention

Certainly not pros. Time wasters. When the weather was suspect they did not call to reschedule. When the weather was good, they sent one guy who said the job was too large for one person. Hmm, previously scheduled appointments had to work around the fact of needing a larger crew. Hmmm, THEY provided a quote and had already seen the house. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
