I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] - I never received a check.  If he mailed this, he should have done it return receipt requested with a tracking number.  I don't believe he ever mailed it.  The post ofice he is referring in his response is less than 5 miles from me.  It doesn't take 2 weeks to get here.  Please escalate this for me.  Thank you.
