I just paid to have a contractor rip out the kitchen floor Protech installed in They failed to properly secure the subfloor or properly install the tile Tiles cracked, all of the grout failedMike had a worker come back once to "fix" a tile and regroup but this also failed The contractor who just replaced my floor was amazed at how bad Protech's work was

No I have not been contacted by Pro Tech Contractors since he was here in April of to fix floor he had the workers scrape up all the old grout and said he was putting a rubber grout down it did not work. I called him that same night to tell him the started cracking. never heard from him again.

replying back about the front gutter when I gave the first estimate on the gutters I did tell them that I wasn't changing the front gutter only the top of house and the gutter on back of house ?and when I when back there two months ago I told *** that and then she ask me if I can please just change the leader pipes I I said yes and I will put in the gutter ball screens at that point she said that fine

I am replying to a complaint from *** ***? she has stated that we left roofing debri for a couple of day before we stared to put it in the dumpster yes the reason is that we started the job on the *** of July
and the company that we ordered the container from said that he can't put there over the weekend do to permit reasonssecondly the contract is for gutters around the entire top of house that what we removed they miss under stand the way we wright it the front of the house has built in Yankee gutters ?that was not part of the job the cost to rebuild new Yankee gutters are very expensive and I would have wright it on contract but I did tell her that I will put in new leader pipes for her at know chargethirdly I still have to put in gutter ball screens that the gutter guy forgot to put in We at Protech have know issue about coming back for these small items at any time sincerely * *** Protech contractors

We did finish the siding on the back of house we don't take the old vinyl siding we just wrap it up and up it by the curb we didn't charge for the removal of it and the pcs of aluminum capping in the front of house I told him in the beginning there was no charge to put a new pcs up

I read the answer. The front gutters are not Yankee gutters. He didn't even replaced the downspouts . Which are dangling. Please don't close the case. If he fixes the problem I will contact you. This guy never shows up.

 The complaint has not been resolved due to the fact the work has yet to be completed. The capping in the front of the house was paid for and that was the reason of the price change from 1200 to 1500 on the contract. I was never made aware that there would be a fee if I wanted the old siding removed from my property and it still has yet to be wrapped up and placed on the curb as stated by the contractor. It is now going on the 11th week for this project and I feel I have given ample time for the job to be completed. I feel that a deadline should be set for the completion of this job. If the deadline is not met, I would like the 300 I paid to have the capping put on in the front of the house refunded so I can hire someone else to fix it. Due to the fact that there had been no capping, I have had a problem with birds making nests in the siding causing my porch to have to be constatntly cleaned of dead baby birds and bird feces. The only thing I was told that would be free of charge was the removal of a satellite dish on my roof which was why it was never put on the contract.

Mike had a worker come back once to "fix" a tile and regroup but this also failed. The contractor who just replaced my floor was amazed at how bad Protech's work was.

Review: Hired Pro Tech to remodel kitchen and bathroom. He never put down a proper undercoating before he laid tile. Floor kept cracking and grout kept flaking. he would come and put a band aid on the problem and it would just crack and fake . this went on for three years, He came here in April of 2015 ( mind you he started this mess in 2012) I called to tell him it is cracking and he never came or called me again. He lied, cheated, screamed and cursed the whole time I had to deal with this man Mike M[redacted]. I now have to hire another contractor to re do all the mistakes and mess he has done.Desired Settlement: Pay for my floor do be done the right way, pay to have my wood floors repaired (there is scratches and some kind of glue on them) He never covered them with the cloth he said he would use, I covered them with plastic. Pay for the cracked tile to be repaired on my bathroom wall , re grout the bathroom walls the grout is falling off, he said he was going to put a silicone coating on the grout but never did.

Review: Contractor failed to complete the required work on my new roof, which began in July 2013, to include the installation of new gutters stipulated in the contract. Apparently the roofer sub-contracted the installation of the gutters to another contractor and has had difficulties arranging the installation of my gutters since October 2013. I have attempted to resolve the matter with the roof contractor several times, by suggesting he refund the cost and installation of the gutters to no avail. My last contact with the contractor was on Saturday, April **, 2014.Desired Settlement: A simple refund of $650.00 will suffice

Review: My neighbors hired Pro-Tech to do their roof (September 2012) I share the driveway so I was very up close with them. They were sloppy in protecting my home. The hung a tarp the first day which was nice but they didn't work where the tarp was up. They worked where my home was exposed. My home was covered in dirt and debris from my neighbor's roof. They broke my window and since have not paid me. At first he promised he would fix it, then he "became too busy" He's a joke of a business man, doesn't live up to his words. Says "Ill call you back" to no avail. I have pictures to prove it!

I even mailed them a prepaid envelope with the bill covering the cost to replace my window.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for this crook

Review: On June *,2014, I entered into a contract with [redacted], the [redacted] of Pro Tech Contractors. They were supposed to intall all new roof and replace all the gutters with new ones and add screens. They did not use any tarp and all the debry was around the house. It took them over a week to get a dumspter and get rid of garbage. When throwing debry down, they torn down the phone and cable lines.

When it came to the gutters he refused to replace the gutters on the front of the house and did not install any screens on any of the gutters. I regret using this guy.When I complaint to him he said the gutter in front of house were yankee gutter, whatever that mean. He agreed to replace all the gutter with screens.

I complained to [redacted] but he never did anthing to complete the job.Desired Settlement: I want to get someone else to finish the job. I don't want these people on my property. This company did not comply with the signed contract. They are very irresponsible and very nasty.

Review: Hired ProTech contractors on March **, 2014 to repair siding in the rear of my house and also to replace capping in the front of my house. Money was paid in full before project was completed. As of today, the work has not been finished in what I believe to be a reasonable amount of time. I've called approximately once a week to see when job is going to be finished and have been given nothing but excuses and promises where someone will show but doesn't. The capping is still missing from the front and the old siding which was removed is still sitting in the yard. I was never informed that the old siding wasn't going to be cleaned up and I feel this clean-up is to be expected when you hire someone for home construction.Desired Settlement: I would like the job as per the contract that was written and signed finished.
