I will be short and direct, I have been back to Mrs ***s house no less than three times in our attempt to make her happy, I also gave her $just a gesture for any inconvenience, I have always been and will remain committed to offering all my customers the best product and service on the market,
I'm sorry she is not happy, but I have done everything and more than anyone else would ever expect in order to satisfy her, I will attempt "again" to do something that will make her happy

Mr. [redacted] issued the $100 because to several rescheduled appointments.  Two servicemen came to home.  The first repaired holes in door casing.  The repairman is visible and unsatisfactory (jpg. 162728).  The second person caulked around one door.  He stated they were ordering  weatherstripping and a new leg.  To caulk around other we leg is replaced.  He never returned.  $4000 for damaged doors.  Doors are not airtight.  Cracks/Gaps at bottom and sides of door (jpg. 144725, 162631).  Door will not close automatically.  Have to push/pull manually.  Mr [redacted] says 30 days of use will fix the problem, but did not.
