I have suffered serious health consequences due to mold exposure in a condo Pro-Tech was responsible for remediating Pro-Tech investigated water damage and discoloration I reported Instead of investigating the source of the problem, the wall was simply cleaned, smoothed and painted over I began suffering from muscular and joint issues In January, when the same wall began to buckle and soften, Pro-Tech opened two walls found mold and leaks and remediated In March, my doctor suggested environmental exposure, possibly mold, as cause for my health problems When I reported a musty smell in the unit, Pro-Tech investigated and reported no moisture/mold present I hired a mold assessor to perform air tests The lab report showed 98.8% Aspergillus/Penicillium present! [redacted] investigated and found moisture present in the same wall Pro-Tech had repaired and remediated in January!

I spoke with the owner of pro teck the same day I requested a service in the internet and he call me right away.I explain to mr Rafael the problem that I had in my air conduct and he explain to me what has to be done.we make and appt and he came to my house very promp and did a superb job.he explain with detail what he was doing.and he discover a hole behind the air condition unit that was causing the moisture inside the conducts .he fix it and did other stuff to repair some other thing that wasn't included in the contract.my wife and myself are very pleased with the service that pro tech did for us.very polite people.I already recommended his services to my friend.thank you mr Rafael.God bless you

Instead of investigating the source of the problem, the wall was simply cleaned, smoothed and painted over. I began suffering from muscular and joint issues. [redacted] and son of Pro-Tech did a SUPERB job cleaning our a/c ducts and furnace coils. I was able to schedule an immediate appointment and they kept in contact with me before and after the work. Their attention to detail was spot on and kept me informed on all their findings as they performed their work. They spent nearly the entire day working in our home to ensure a thorough job. I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and concern to care for our home and belongings while they worked. They cleaned up after themselves as they left each room, too. Nice people & highly recommended!
